Online payment required additional verification.
I came to the store and even my payment was charged, I still had to wait in the store after we sorted out all the things.
Phone was not answering as well.
Ppl who work there are ok but I didnt have a chance to have a chat about the gear as they seems to be busy or didnt have time for amateurs.
