Store DJ レビュー

I wasn’t sure about the product I had bought.
I didn’t understand that the manufacturingcompany had made a different category.
Once it was explained that it was the only option now offered for my item from that company, and then the alternatives were explained and their benefits, I still chose to stick with what I had bought, and now it makes perfect sense why the company chose the manufacturing difference.
So this is a perfect example of my purchase didn’t immediately meet my expectations, but then the landscape of options was explained to me by the experts and that made me understand that I had actually actually bought the best option for me on the market. And it’s use since backed that up.
That’s why these guys are the experts. They know stuff.
🙏🤘

Always great products and service.

I ordered and requested fast delivery only to find the delivery date several days. I contacted DJ indicating I would change my order to a different product if it meant a quicker delivery but was told the existing product would be delivered and not addressing my issue or confirming delivery date. The product did arrive earlier than the suggested longer delivery date, my expectations were not managed well and DJ missed an opportunity for upsell by being on the ball. You are normall on it way better than that experience.

Well deserved 5 stars. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service and premium quality instruments at fair prices. My daughter is over the moon with her new acoustic-electric guitar!

Everything was good and the item arrived in time.
