Avoid at all costs .. lost some of my boxes refused to take responsibility customer service is atrocious.. they couldn’t care less about your belongings trust me I had a friend who who worked for them for a short period of time

I didn't have anything of great value to move from England to France. Just ordinary household items kept in a 100sq ft storage unit. I had cheaper quotes so I hesitated a little but in the end I made the right choice. Joanne was fantastic at guiding me through the customs process. My items were collected on Friday afternoon and delivered the next day. Great relief.

Absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had with a removals company, ever. Our belongings arrived in a shocking condition, filthy & jumbled together, many of the boxes torn, collapsed or crumpled, a few items (including a mattress) with animal droppings on them from their “storage facilities”. Tone of their communication with me uniformly unpleasant and dismissive. Price was absolutely staggering, esp. given the level of service. Left us really feeling taken advantage of.

We had flown to France specifically to receive delivery of our belongings, after arranging and agreeing two specific delivery days, Nov. 5 & 6, with them. Grand piano didn’t arrive, as they had subcontracted this & subcontractor was apparently sick (as they casually informed us at end of day on 5th).

Piano finally arrived 8th (I cancelled lunch w. friends & waited all morning, after receiving new delivery time with 45 minutes notice! Had to chase them even for that much info.) However, piano bench , an antique which was embroidered by a deceased family member, did NOT arrive. Still chasing them as of this writing, without reply, after emailing/phoning/texting repeatedly during business hours.

Have offered them numerous opportunities to apologise, which they have flatly refused to do. Not room here to list all the many ways in which we were let down by this company. They seem to feel actual contempt for us as customers. Avoid at all cost.
