first of all i felt a personal touch not some number and a very expert patient staff. I found them very understanding and supportive which is you need as a client.

Great Support
I've used Storm for well over 10 years now and the thing that stands out is that they have always provided great support. You always get replies to support tickets quickly and if things are urgent you can chat live over the internet.
This time my problem was with the way a website had been developed, so nothing really to do with Storm and certainly not a run of the mill query, but they still provided an answer to my ticket within an hour that resolved my problem.
5 stars!
