These guys are easy to contact should you have an urgent problem with your / others sites. I've never been anywhere else for a host as they are just the best..Simply the best...! I have been with them for 11 years and many more to come....Thanks George, Sam, and your team..

I've been with Storm Internet for several years with a lifetime subscription used mainly for personal email using my own domain (avoiding gMail, hotmail and the like). It has been a good experience, one or two blips over the years but response times have been good when there have been issues.

The things I want from a help chat.
Quick response, a knowledgable responder and a good deal of patience with someone who has fat fingers and a poor grasp of password protocols.
These guys ticked all of the boxes today.

The team at "Storm Internet" are just fantastic. Thank you for fixing a tricky email issue I was having. I have been with "Storm Internet" for a great number of years and they always go the extra mile to help out. I have a "Managed server" and it works really well for me. "Storm Internet" have over the years gained my loyalty and trust; they work very hard to satisfy their customers.

Recent Pen test request was run in good time and supported well, as usual.

Storm helped me out with an issue that wasn't really something they should have had to help me with. However unlike many other hosting providers Storm did again go the extra mile for us at MSL. Very much appreciated it and it proves once again that they have the technical knowledge! Thanks guys.

Contacted support regarding an issue with signing in to modify some settings in our site, and was provided with much help until we got to the bottom of the issue.

We recently started an upgrade of our site to a new hosting environment. The Storm Internet team provided professional advise on the options we needed and then implemented them in the same manner. There were a few teething problems along the way but the support team maintained the same professional service and provided timely and effective solutions.
