DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am fighting now to get an order i placed 11/23. As of today I still haven't received by order. All I keep getting is excuses. Day after day. I still haven't received my merchandise.

Has been a month and still do not have the product for one of my orders. I received one 3 1/2 weeks after I ordered it and it was sent via usps from a local address. Something is very fishy and unprofessional with this company. Don’t buy from them.

Ordered 3 mugs ! Took 5 weeks to get 2 of them . Got the third one a week later ! The quality of the third mug was terrible ! Blurred printing ! I had to throw it away ! Mentioned this to their customer service dept and they don’t care ! Do NOT BUY from StormMerch.com !

Ordered a cup for my granddaughter. It was supposed to be a Stanley Louie Vuitton but when it came it it was a cheap cup had nothing of Stanley on it. It was cheap it kept ice maybe 30 mins to hour. I would have been embarrassed to Cary it out in public it looked so bad.

SCAM!!!! Would give 0 stars. Never received my order. Disputed it with my card company. They then sent multiple emails trying to get me to drop the dispute without refunding my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I had a one off issue that is getting resolved. I appreciate the follow-up and great customer service offered! Will definitely consider ordering again through this company!

The quality of the mug is good. Custom name was ok somewhat small. The shipping time was too long coming from China which was not disclosed when ordering.

Ordered a custom Stanley cup on October 18th. As of January 8th, I have still not received it. Company refuses to refund. Only offering 20% refund. Tracking number for USPS shows that they created the label for shipping but obviously have no intention of actually ever shipping the product.THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Loved the outcome but noticed they were NOT STANLEY CUPS AS ADVERTISED ON SITE!!! Was told I would get partial refund but have not seen it as of today 1/08/2025!!!

The cups were ok. But not what I expected as far as the names I wanted on them. You could barely make them out. Also they were supposed to be Christmas presents and I only received 4 out of the 5 that I ordered and 3 of those were after b Christmas.

Cute but this is a fake Stanley and it is very apparent once it comes. Worries about quality but looks good

I ordered a Stanley Hello kitty cup in the beginning of December 5, 2024 and have emailed company a couple of times and keep getting responses that tell me January 4, 2025 then January 25th. It was for a Christmas present and now it has passed. I am disputing with my credit card company. Do not buy from this company. Save yourself a headache and money.

I would rate this business with a 0! I ordered a Stanley cup for my niece and got a fake cheap cup! Pure garbage and this business is a total SCAM! Don’t purchase anything from this company! I will be disputing this with my credit card company!

I ordered a 30 ounce Stanley cup with a 49ers design on the outside… What they send is some imitation cup it’s not a true Stanley cup. It’s a cheap cheap cheap imitation. I wouldn’t buy anything from these people.

I wish I’d looked at reviews before ordering. Ordered mid November. Reached out 3x. They kept changing the date. I’ve disputed charge with cc company. Now they are asking me to stop the dispute & be patient and They will reimburse me 30%. Umm, NO THANKS!

Fake Stanley and also very poorly made does not look nothing like what is on the website (do not waist your money on this website)

There was no way to track the order status, so it stayed a mystery until it arrived.

The item description also didn't state the material.

I love my cups and every person I know who purchased a cup from stormmerch is satisfied. However, the delivery process is to long. Once I receive my merchandise I was ecstatic. Great buy.

Just took WAYYY too long to get to me. Besides that the quality seems ok, price was good though. Just 4-5 weeks for something like this to get to me just seems like that’s too long in my opinion
