This site is a scam. It's a fake stanley cup. Nor real! Took about a month to receive it! BUYERS BEWARE. ITS A CHINA SITE AND NOT REAL STUFF!

I'd give zero stars if possible. This is a scam company. Listed a UK address, but it ships from China. All items (read others reviews) are garbage and not what was pictured. I've been fighting to get a refund. Spare yourself.

Fake Stanley that took over a month to get here. Not impressed with the look or the fact they printed Stanley on it. Asking for a full refund.

This company is a SCAM.....you will NOT receive your order or at least what you paid for.....I ordered 2 customized stanley cups and received one cup that didn't look like what I wanted and the 2nd cup just never came and it wasn't a STANLEY then they sent me 2 long sleeve shirts with crosses on them for what have no idea cuz looks like they the ones who need Jesus for how they do people who put their trust in them....Don't waste your time or money nothing you get will be what they advertise!!!!

The cup they have advertised is not what is being sent. I purchased a Taylor Swift Stanley and it is not a real Stanley.
It is not chroma as advertised, and the cup came damaged. After 19 days of waiting.

I ordered a Christmas gift just after Thanksgiving...New Years Eve and still waiting. Wish I could give zero stars

Ordered a "Stanley" cup and of course it's fake. Just wish I would have read all the reviews first. Wasted $50

StormMerch is a company in the UK that drop ships from China. I did not know this. They advertised a Stanley cup for sale, but the cups are fake and have laminated graphics. The product description is very misleading. I contacted their customer service asking for a full refund. They refused, offering instead a 20% refund, or a 50% discount on another purchase. This is not sufficient to remedy the issue of selling fake Stanley products with misleading product descriptions. The cup was a 30 oz tumbler that cost as much as a real Stanley tumbler. Buyer beware!

LOOK REAL GOOD BEFORE YOU LEAP! This is a Fake “Stanley” cup. Cheap. Looks like a child personalized it. VERY unhappy.

Don't buy from here,,, I placed and ordered on Nov 18th and today is December 28th and I still haven't received my order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The cups are not Stanley. Not even close. You can buy a better quality cup at Walmart for $10. If you order personalized you will get the wrong name. They will take over a month to arrive. You will not get your money back. COMPANY IS A SCAM!

My boyfriend bought me a Stanley with beauty and the beast on it for Christmas because it is my favorite Disney movie. The “engraving” of the characters is horrible. The beast only has legs, and the other characters are barely visible. It also has the wrong name on it and of course we cannot return it because he bought if months ago. Yes he should’ve looked at it when it came in but still the product should look correct as well.

Ordered two personalized cups before Thanksgiving today is Christmas. They were gifts for my son and his wife. They have never came such a disappointment. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Ordered Monday BEFORE Thanksgiving and still did not receive before Christmas. Do not order from this site! Not clear if K will ever get from this sketchy place, but as of Christmas Eve, I will have a very disappointed kid tomorrow.

Fake company they scammed me for $43.00 on a Stanley cup. Now their website doesn’t even work. Don’t shop or trust them. They claim I didn’t put an apartment number then sent me an email claim it went back to sender and hour and half away. Then when I went to the post office they informed me it was a scam and this has been happening a lot.

I ordered this cup the beginning of November 2024 and here we are 3 days before christmas and I keep getting the run around about when the cup will arrive. This is the absolute worst company ever. I have been in contact 4 different times with the promise of Dec 21st and still no cup. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANYS GARBAGE . THANKS FOR RUINING MY KIDS CHRISTMAS PRESENT!
