Product is nice - hence the two stars. Unfortunately, there were seven flags missing from my order. Let them know, they said they would be sent right away. But nothing has arrived since then. And my mails asking for an update regarding the shipment all remained unanswered. My wife will probably never have her Christmas gift complete. Bummer!

So disappointed. Love my flagmate and have 100% championed storyteller as a great company and gift. I've really enjoyed collecting the flags as mementos from all our trips.

However i ordered on 24/11/23 and they've still not arrived. I've emailed multiple times and the owner has been very responsive but I've been told three times that they're in the post.. and still no flags and a different reason each time. I've asked for a refund now but I'm gutted that they've still not come. I really wanted to keep ordering but its clearly a complete waste of time and money if they never come.

Customer service none-existant.

I made an error on my order which i noticed after processing. I instantly troed to call storyteller but you cant call. There was no live chat available either.

I sent an email within 30 minutes of the order. I also sent a message via the website asking to correct my order.

That was at the end of november & i stoll havent had an email responce.

I have since recieved my order which wasnt corrected as per both requests which has really annoyed me.

Another example of a company getting too big & having zero customer care or personality.

Not a shock in the current climate to not be able to speak to a human.

Very poor experience & money wasted.

Updating my review of 13 November experience. Missing flag eventually delivered 15/12 - 32 days after order placed and 23 days after Storyteller notified of missing flag.

Waited weeks, excuse after excuse. Never turned up- I actually went to the pop up shop to collect 🤷‍♀️. Just want a refund and will never buy again- shame as we have so many countries to collect. Literally the worst service ever

Bought for my grandson. As he grows up, he will add to the three flags I chose, to mark his foreign travels do far in Life. I hope also the gift will serve as a reminder-of me!

Excellent customer service-replies to queries answered very quickly. My nephew loves the product

My order has turned into a saga with, so far, no resolution. Flag missing from original order. Assured on Friday 24/11 it would be sent 'early next week'. Not received. Chasing e-mail unanswered. Further e-mail and message via website produced response on 7/12 that flag would be sent by special delivery. Still waiting, 4 weeks since order placed. Incomplete order is of no use, especially as a gift.
Will update if flag eventually received.

I just love these flagmates.. it’s not just a nice thing to have but it’s a lovely reminder of where I’ve been, who with and when..

I ordered my recent flag while at the airport on my way home.. it arrived two days later and I only just beat it home due to flight delays..

Flags arrived quickly, they look great. Some for me, others to add to the flag mates I bought for my 2 nieces Christmas. Such a unique way to remember the various travels that Ihave enjoyed throughout my life.

I hadn't received an email confirmation of order so emailed to check all OK. Owner himself replied letting me know it was already in post. Sure enough it arrived next day! Lovely company and lovely gift. My daughter has one and this time I was buying as a gift for my brother arriving from Australia. Confident he will love it.l!

Placed an order and never recieved email confirmation , sent massages via there page and had no reply which is a shame as the first time I ordered was great

Great gift!

I ordered a starter pack off a Facebook targeted advert which isn't cheap. I never received a confirmation email which left me concerned I had been scammed. I joined the mailing list and again, got no confirmation email.

I had to email the company which wasn't listed on the website so I had to Google their address. They finally responded a few days later and my product arrived which I'm.very happy with.

Fantastic travellers gift

I recently purchased this great product as a gift for myself, since I love to travel. The product is amazing and I can add more flags as I visit more countries. However, the customer service needs improvement. I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order, and I also did not receive any dispatch email. I had to use the "contact us" page to prompt a response. If the customer service is improved, I would definitely give this product a 5-star rating.

Received the item on time. The transaction was very easy. This is a great way of doing an original gift.

Once again I am blown away by this company.
I sent an email a couple of months ago requesting if Zambia could be included at some point as both my boys collect the flags & they have both been here on a memorable school trip. Without hesitation the flags were added, which I have ordered 2 for both my boys & as usual they are breathtaking. Cannot thank everyone enough who worked to make this happen.

Great product and will make a fantastic gift for my daughter who loves to travel as she can add more flags as she visits more countries.

Improvement needed in customer services. No confirmation email received on ordering and no despatch email sent. I Had to email twice to prompt any responses.
Improve that and it would be 5 star rating.
