Amazing help and support throughout the process.

They really matched me with the right writer, we instantly clicked and were a perfect match! The whole process was very easy and enjoyable, I felt thoroughly supported and guided throughout the process!
I was sad it was over as it was such a wonderful experience.

The excellent ghost writer match made by the Editor for me, which made this whole experience everything and more i could have wished for.

Such a wonderful experience, starting with a writer, Beverley, who gently brings out your deepest memories and crafts them into a flowing account of who you are and where you came from. I was then guided through the final stages by Hariny, who showed endless patience. The book has now been printed and delivered to me. I would highly recommend using StoryTerrace.

From the onset, interacting with Hariny was pretty seemless and then the appointed writer Fuad; was very professional and to the point. All interviews with my father were promptly scheduled. drafts were timely submitted and ease of editing and uploading photos was simple as well. Final result was awesome and thoroughly immersive for my father whose life we were articulating.

I was fully supported and guided through out the whole process. Your Editor and Writer were both amazing and have since recommended your service to two other of my former colleagues.

StoryTerrace has been a life line for me, as during my depression and mental health recovery journey they assisted me to organise my thoughts when writing my story. It was via my journal, which inspired me to want to share my story with the world. I hope the book will encourage and inspire other men to share and write their story.

I purchased this as a gift for my 83 year old father. Dad was guided by Gill, his fantastic writer, through the interview and the review process. The website was clear and easy to use helping us to understand where we were in the process, and our editor was on hand to pick up anything we missed. Our proof reader was fantastic and raised some really interesting observations! I think it would be harder for someone less familiar with reviewing drafts but I would recommend StoryTerrace and thank Gill for helping Dad write his life story so beautifully.

I wanted to arrange for my 96 year old mother to tell her story- she has had an amazing life. Story Terrace matched my mother with a lovely writer Alison who was sweet and patient as my mother told her story over a period of several months. The process was very bonding for myself my brother and my mother and now we have a wonderful book to immortalize her life.

I cannot thank Story Terrace enough. It was not easy to leave some of my past but I was assisted to get through by Angela and Hariny, they made it possible for me to complete my life story. It was the best present for my family, we cried together when it was all out, very therapeutic.

I gifted a StoryTerrace book package to my friend. She had a wholesome experience with the interviews and received exceptional care from the team throughout the process. The books were of really high quality and I would 100% recommend StoryTerrace to anyone looking to pen down their life story.

From the first telephone call through to the final edit of my story book I was thoroughly impressed by the professional and helpful approach of the Story Terrace editor and writer.
At the outset I found the idea of writing my life story quite daunting but at every stage help was on hand. I very much enjoyed being interviewed by my writer and was greatly impressed by her skills of eliciting old memories. The process of creating my life story has been amazing and so worthwhile. It will be my legacy to my grandsons.

I think the final product was excellent and serviced the interest of all my children as a record of their father's journey to their eventual existence extremely well. As a slight surprise to me was the amount of research and infills that had to be done but Nadine Wojakovski the writer did extremely well to fathom out and put into very good collation the sequential events for the story line of one's life and ancestry.The investigations both through photographs and records that one made into one's past certainly brought back quite a few almost forgotten memories to the surface both emotive and factual. The process was very well organised and easy to follow. The author chosen was extremely professional and sensitive to personal information. A very worthwhile experience for anyone wanting to write about their life.

We had a terrible experience with these people. The gift was for a 90+ year old mother who has written over 30 books. The offering was unprofessional, not transparent and full of basic errors - one wonders if they use AI.
So we could not go forward with the project but they took all the money! In my opinion to be avoided based on our terrible experience.

A subpar experience from start to finish. I don't even know what else to say. This completely ruined for my mother what should have been an incredible journey.

I bought a book for my dad's 80th. He loved the process and we will be cherishing the books for a long time.

Up until now I have been very satisfied with my book.
However my editor has now left the company and I have no contact. I have tried to call the number the AI helper provided, plus the one on their website and they doesn’t exist.

I’ve emailed them and still waiting for a reply.

Produced a really good book with help through out the different stages.
Only hick up temporarily was that AI was tried and did not work.
But when this was realised it was completely rectified and it was never too much trouble to get a first class end product.

Fantastic service and a beautiful personalised product. Immortalises cherished memories of loved ones in such a wonderful way.
