From ease of ordering through to the delivery was all a very quick service.
Delivery driver very nice, friendly and polite.

You put the wrong price on the site, I made the purchase then you cancelled and gave me the refund, I want my longboard for the price I paid!

I purchased a Dukdalf folding table, the price was good, delivery was quick and I was informed at every stage, and the item was well packaged.

I had a couple of questions prior to ordering which were answered promptly by email.

When the paddle board came it had dirty marks all on the top tried scrubbing it but it is not coming off

Was sceptical at first as some items are cheap. Took the gamble and have to say I was super impressed with delivery times and the quality of the item. Will definitely use again.

Order came really quickly. However the colour of the product was not the same as the photos. Thankfully I didn’t mind but other people may do.
So I knocked 1 star off.

I had an issue with delivery and the item I received however they were very fast to resolve the problem and were great at keeping me informed of the next steps. Jordan in particular was very friendly and extremely helpful.

S2Y offered fulled refund on return of incorrect item, which I have taken. Obviously I had to struggle through my child's birthday with a subsititue gift.

The item we brought for our son birthday came broken. No reply from them, had to use PayPal to get our money and they are now not responding to PayPal. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone.

Purchased a last minute gift for my niece and rang them to ask if it could be shipped sooner.
They got the butterfly garden out the same day and I received it within 24 hours.

Had a toy helicopter arrive that didn't work contacted straight2you on there website and didn't get a response, so 5 days after I got in contact with klarna who i made the payment through and sent straight2you a email also. They finally got back in contact with me to send me instructions on returning item but I would have to pay postage and there is no clarification as to whether I would be reimburst once toy is proven to be faulty. I have sent a email asking this but yet again received no response 😑 its not fair that I should have to pay for postage on a item that doesn't work. I've decided I cannot be bothered to chase them anymore but leave my reviews on websites instead.
