Very pretty silver CZ hoop earring for my cartilage piercing, really sparkles. Exactly as described and arrived promptly and well packaged. I will definitely use this company again and have recommended them to a friend already.

Outstanding customer service, Jo is a pleasure to do business with - any questions just email or call them!

Great customer service. Explained the difference between different watch mechanisms. Encouraged my son to try different types of watches on to get a feel for them, as he does not usually wear a watch. Very good selection and choice. A great experience.

Absolutely wonderful place and fab experience. I took my 11 year old daughter to have her ears pierced and we were met by the wonderful Marylin who was so kind and welcoming. She explained the procedure and advised the best earring size. She was warm and calming towards my daughter who was nervous and the whole experience was a pleasure. A little bit more expensive than other places that offer piercings but you get a very professional experience with a good quality pair of earrings. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly recommend this jewellers. Jo was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She assisted us through the many options available and all with a big smile on her face.
Jason’s experience with rare metals and watches was also very impressive.
Thank you both very much for your help and advice.

Thank you to Marilyn for a great ear piercing experience for my daughter (11). Marilyn explained everything well and made sure my daughter was relaxed too. It was also a lovely, private environment. The ear piercing certificate was a nice touch as well!

I decided to order just before Christmas. I wasn’t expecting to receive my items until after the festive period but if I’m remembering correctly, they were actually delivered next day.

The jewellery is beautiful. I would definitely buy from Strange again. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the service.

Fast delivery and smooth collection at the shop.

My order arrived the next day! I had qualified for express delivery. It was beautifully packaged, with a little thank you card, retaining that feeling of buying in a shop. That was much appreciated.

Myself and my grand daughter had our ears pierced by the lovely Marilyn last week, the experience was amazing, very relaxing and completely painless. Marilyn was very informative and professional. Would recommend to anyone in the local area.
