Not a great product.
I bought replacement straps for my Garmin watch. I got the straps, but they are poor quality: The clips to put them on or take them off are sticky and do not move like the original straps. Also, after 45 days, the screws that connect the straps with the clips are rusted!

Problem was resolved instantly. Great customer service and equally great selection of amazing watch straps and bracelets.

I needed a new band for my submariner and I heard really good things about StrapsCo when I research. Placed the order and it came quick and was easy to put on. I just ordered another for my Apple Watch. Five stars !

Have placed several orders from StrapsCo now, and have never had any issues. Orders have always arrived on time and straps have been of high quality. Especially love their elastic NATOs!

Bought a nato type strap with deployment clasp for approx 44usd. Quality was fine. However I have since seen this identical strap and clasp on Ali Express. They drop shipped the order and charged 600% mark up.

I've purchased from StrapsCo before. Always an easy experience ordering and the quality is far above the level you normally see at this price. I like to keep things fresh with my strap, so I'll definitely be back! Thanks again for the helpful advice team!

Bought a curved strap specific to my Tag Carriera as described on their website. Turns out the spring pins do not align and the clasp is really cheaply made with sharp edges. They said I can ship it back at my cost. You would think they would apologize for a bad product and be more accommodating. Terrible customer service. Don't buy from this place!

Ignore what their “google” reviews say. Idk how to even leave a review for my order. Its all internal. The company is a but scammy, if yoh intend on installing your strap to test it out to see if you like it dont bother ordering. Once installed it cannot be returned. They look for any minor sings of installation/bends and will cancel your refund. And not send your items back to you. If you never installed and want to return because you were not satisfied with the quality (didnt like the leather, one strap came with bent spring bars) you have to pay your own shipping.

Update: Strapco did in fact process my return, though shipping is paid by myself. I received the full order amount back after a couple of weeks.

Customer service was fast with no questions or haggling about their warranty! Sent in a picture of my band and they said it was defective and what would I like to replace it! That's the kind of customer serviceI appreciate and the kind of company I like spending my money with 💯
