Good deals and great service.

Pure garbage. Don't spend a dime with these people.

I recently ordered the incorrect size strap. They followed up with me numerous times to check my satisfaction. While I took responsibility for ordering the wrong size, they insisted on replacing with the correct size. Unheard of in today's world but greatly appreciated

The band was subpar and I emailed them to provide a credit and accept the return. After 4 emails back and forth asking why, or get an exchange, now they are offering a gift card where as I need a return.

I disputed the charge with my credit card as it easiest than deal with the customer service. No return mailing service.

Good variety of products, easy ordering and reasonable prices. Quick service with fast delivery.

The StrapsCo team were surprisingly responsive to my inquiry and were very easy to work with.
I had ordered the wrong size (20mm vs 19mm, it's hard to measure without calipers) and they replaced the straps with no fuss!
They responded quickly and let me know when my replacement straps shipped. Super easy to work with these folks!

The ease of returning and exchanging watch bands. I would definitely buy from StrapsCo.

Ordered some straps for my dive computer, was supposed to arrive in upto 10 working days. After 15 I emailed them, 3days later got a response that I should was 20.after 30 emailed them and they said they would send again, asked for express as I needed them 15days ago already. They said no, been 10days and still haven't left the state.
Might up my review if they actually arrive and the quality is there.

Nice selection and easy to communicate with

Received bands that would not slot into my Apple Watch correctly. StrapsCo refused to do a return without making me pay for the shipping even though their products were defective.

Very good quality - item received was as pictured and described. It suited the watch perfectly. It was also a good length for larger wrists which i harder to find. All the info I needed was on the website. Easy to purchase, well informed on shipping etc. Came nicely packaged with all the parts I would need. Very satisfied, having ordered straps from other businesses.

Ordered 2 straps and a couple of adapters to use them on my new Pixel Watch 4. The adapters fit, mostly, they get the job done but leave a bit to be desired. The unpadded leather strap I ordered looks great but for some reason is almost too thick for its own buckle and requires me to force it on. They don't accept returns for leather straps unless it's still packaged and unworn. The other strap I order, a metal strap, was still too large for me even after I tried removing all the optional links. I asked for a refund, but they refused to cover the label/shipping because my purchase was part of a "buy two get one" promo... that I did not benefit from, since I bought 2 and got only 2. And for that same reason, they also refused me a refund instead offering just an exchange. Left a bad taste in my mouth, there are plenty of other watch strap companies out there to be dealing with obviously marked-up junk made in china with horrible customer service.

The strap I ordered was great quality. I needed to exchange it for my mistake. I accidentally ordered the wrong one and returning the band to exchange it for the right size was very easy and the band looks great!

There are so many choices. I love the searching process. You can look through the collection or limit your choice to one style only. Good service!
