Jeff was great. He was polite and helpful. He was also thorough and did a great job on a few repairs/alterations we needed doing. Would highly recommend

I had a problem where the beading wasn't touching the floor under my French windows. This few mm was probably down to the house settling, but was enough for woodlice to get in from outside. Jeff repaired it and to make doubly sure no more bugs could get in, he siliconed the full length of the area. A very professional job.

Jeff and Dave came to attend to a ticking-pipe problem in the ceiling in February. They cut some holes in the ceiling to pinpoint and address the problem. When they left, the ceiling looks just as if nothing was done to it. Thanks Dave and Jeff!

I’ve recommended them to at least 3 friends who also bought from them and I will recommend to more.

Beyond buying, there after sales service of in house crack repair is commendable too and special that to Mally & Barry for an excellent work on their last visit to my property.

Today we have had another visit from Jeff, and this time it was for our floor boards. Another good service, combined with professionalism, and an outstanding finish. House all sorted now! My wife and I definitely recommend Jeff’s expertise to any home owners!

Awful company to deal with, and complete liars. Paid to have our garden turfed in September 2024 when we purchased the house. We was told to stay off the garden for 6 months which we did. In spring 2025 we mowed the garden for the first time and what we found was not the best. There was roof tiles sticking out of the ground, sections of scaffolding poles and a ridiculous amount of rocks. We instantly starting noticing issues when it rained as one side of the garden slopes. Move forward to summer and apparently these issues were caused due to the warm weather and I need to learn how to maintain a garden. Customer service said they would do an inspection in 3 months time as the ground was too hard to dig down at the time. At this point the whole garden was dead even after me watering the garden, re seeding, aerating etc etc. Fast forward to march 2026 and I was told an area manager was coming out to investigate the damaged garden, I was at work and watched this so called inspection through my garden camera. No inspection at all, just walked around the garden filming it and chatting to his mate. As he walks off he says it’s a pretty shaded garden this ain’t it. No mate it’s a sound facing garden and we get sunshine on the garden most the day. Received an email saying complaint is over and further action will be taken and if I wish I should report to warranty provider.

This may seem like a small issue to them but for us we wanted a bigger house and a bigger garden for a children.

There is a whole list of issues we have had with strata but I’d be here all day mentioning them.

DO NOT BUY FROM STRATA

We have just collected our keys for our Oporto on the Desire site in Leeds. I could not speak highly enough of Betty! Betty exceeded our expectations from start to finish! After viewing different new build sites, we can confidently say Betty was the main reason we chose Strata. We particularly liked her calm approach rather than pushy sales people which can be off putting when chosing your dream home! Her customer service, patience and kind nature was second to none and she is an incredible asset to Strata. I'm a very picky person and she made sure every box was ticked and any concerns were taken and resolved. Hoping the aftercare matches our experience with Betty🤞🏻thanks again!

The engineer from Strata addressed the snagging list for my property today. Most items were resolved, though a couple of them require follow-up action. Dave Innes demonstrated great professionalism in managing the process. Much appreciated, Dave.

As part of the aftercare Strata provides, Simon came around today to do a 6 month inspection of the house, to look for any issues that needed sorting.
Simon was so friendly and fantastic at his work. Nothing was too much trouble and his walk around was thorough and detailed, even picking up on issues that we had missed and never pointed out! Really fantastic service!

The lovely, friendly Jeff at Strata came to do the stair strings. He has done a great job and left the staircase clean and tidy. Thank you 🙌🏻

I had two days booked in for Jeff and Dave to sort out outstanding snagging issues, and the service was excellent as always. Jeff did his usual top tier work, especially tackling the creaking floors and cutting/fitting a new bath panel, and it was my first time meeting Dave, he did cracking work too, with really clean sanding, patching, and painting.

Jeff will also pass back to Customer Services that another appointment is needed to address the creaking ceiling in several spots (directly below the floors they’ve just fixed, two part problem), so that should be arranged next. Great service all round and really nice chaps.
