The best tech support of any IPTV service...great picture quality I use it with Tivimate and have not had any issues...also tech support hosts a Telegram page updated with channel guides for PPV and sporting event...I have tried maybe10-15 different IPTV services and StreamQ is by far my favorite!!!

I have previously reviewed this company as I only got four of the six months paid for. The review was in August 24 and I got a response a few days ago. The response apologised for the shortfall and said it would be sorted immediately.
I have emailed and there has been NO response so therefore I am again unable to recommend this company UNLESS I get a response and the shortfall added to my account.

I have channels that say no information so question is how can I watch TV if I don't know the title of the moive channel

Was trying different services and requested a free trial from streamQ. Many hours after my request I got an email saying they received the request. It said the processing could anywhere from several hours to 24 hours. That was four days ago. All set with a company that can't even get a trial right. Reading the reviews here about subscriptions being ended before their expiration date and buffering, only serves to confirm what I suspected of them.

I am very happy with StreamQTV....great experience from from the start with the back office to the actual streaming ....great qualify...I was with Eyestream a few trs. back until they ended.....since then have tried a few poor streaming options,,,I hope StreamQTV stays around for a long time.....I will keep buying 6 months at a time.....I would never buy a lifetime and no body should be that gullible .....Keep up the great service StreamQTV....I appreciate your crew thanks Dan V

I signed up with StreamQTV August 17/24 through WhatsApp and paid them $44 for a 3-month subscription through PayPal. I thought it would be better than the streaming service I use but it was not even as good. I contacted them August 19th through WhatsApp and cancelled the service (their policy allows cancellation & refunds within 3 days). The customer service(?) guy said he'd start a "ticket". When a week went by and no contact I asked PayPal to go after the refund on my behalf. A week later QTV contacted me and said if I cancelled the PayPal dispute they would immediately process the refund. Against PayPal's advice I cancelled the dispute process. There has been no further contact from them and it's been more than a week and no refund.
QTV has two Email addresses but they cannot be shown here. They have a phone number: 914-708-4592 which was used in my WhatsApp dialogue. The service provider is Verizon New York and the number is based in Port Chester, NY.
My only recourse now is to have my credit card provider reverse the charge.
If anybody reading this has had a similar situation with StreamQTV would you please comment.

The promised refund as stated in the unsigned reply from StreamQTV dated September 9, 2024 has NOT materialized despite their promise of quick action.
If a refund was processed it has NOT been received and it has now been 7 days (5 business days). If StreamQTV states that a refund has been made, I require proof and/or verification of same.

This is horrible customer service! I can’t get my stream to work properly and nobody is taking any serious initiative to help. Their responses seem so uninterested and takes 50minutes to respond per question while installing. They set me up with a player that a week later expired and is asking me to purchase it in order to watch my channels, this was never mentioned to me when I subscribed, it’s not a matter of money at this point, it’s the lack of professionalism, and everything else that comes with it that made me regret this move. I asked for a refund and they are not willing to refund me after a week stating they have a 3 day policy, and the player IBPro is a week trial so be careful people, these guys are your typical scammers. Everything is good until they get your money. I hope at least someone can benefit from this post and not fall into trap like myself!

My lifetime service subscription was suspended! Unsure why? Paid in full as requested! Unable to consult with anyone from tech support or company. Emails were sent with no response! Horrible customer service!

First time using their service. Customer service was excellent with helping me set up my account.

Television just keeps looping back and forth. Very irritating and they can't fix it going on 2 weeks now. I don't they know what they're doing at this point. I most definitely wouldn't recommend anymore of my family and friends. Just lost good money paying for this subscription. And I truly did give them the benefit of the doubt. Are there any reliable services out there worth taking a chance on?

I've been using Q stream for 6 weeks and it provides everything I wanted & more. The service is reliable and staff were great in setup. If I know which live sport I want to watch, I just have to know the when, because Q stream provides the where even if Sky isn't showing it, I can find game on club channel.

Still not worth a single star. Further to my previous post. It's now been a week since I joined this service and I am still without a service that works and despite asking for a refund from the beginning still no refund although the advert says"full refund for any reason" that simply hasn't happened. Watch for further REAL reviews from others with the same problems
