Satbir Choudry, Grace Normoyle, and in particular Latasha Turney-Harris were fantastic to work with. I approached them in a very time-pressured situation, needing urgent help with a lease extension, and they delivered when it mattered most.

From the outset, they were honest and clear about the challenges given the tight deadlines, but also reassuring in their commitment to do everything possible to get it completed. Latasha, especially, was excellent throughout, keeping me consistently updated, anticipating next steps, and ensuring nothing was lost to delays.

Efficient, excellent customer service

Outstanding service from start to finish — professional, responsive

Based in Switzerland, I was worried about how the distance would affect the whole process but after just one face to face meeting , Ms Jacalyn Rosenfeld (Solicitor) and Ms Emilija Mikutyte ( Paralegal) were able to close my brother’s estate per email within 6 months. They were professionally compassionate, courteous and extremely efficient.

I was assigned with Oliver Clark where he has provided exception and prompt service through the whole process. The initial process was done online of which it was efficient and it covers most of the information I need to provide and the rest was done via email and phone call. The process was relatively smooth in my perspective of which there were a lot of chasing in the background with the buyer's and builder's admin staff. Overall it was great experience and is worth the extra cost via Foxtons
