I ordered 3 dresses from this company for a total of £85.43, The items I received in no way resembled the pictures and two were both identical. The items looked to be used and the packaging was appalling looked like they had been used a dozen times before. I even appealed to Pay pay and the company told them I had received the item I orderd.

The website shows a trust pilot score of abouve 4 but the trust pilot website is full of negative reviews.
This is a scam! Poorest quality clothing i have ever received. Poorer quality than a tesco Halloween outfit. Jackets are nothing like advertised.

The phone number in the website is dead and the emails get returned as not in use

The item arrived 11 days beyond the last forecast date.
It had no labels and is not the ordered size.

This is an appalling company. Do not use them!!!!
Customer service is awful.
Quality of clothing awful.
Refund policy non existent.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would have chosen that rating.
Do NOT order anything from this company! I ordered 2 dresses. They took 3 weeks to arrive. The dresses are very poor quality, not linen as described. There is no invoice and return address. The company refused to honour their 30 days refund policy, offering me 15%, then 30% then 40%. I refused all these offers, insisting on the stated full refund. Finally, I thought, this refund was agreed, but a further two emails informed me that my bank was blocking their repayment. I contacted my bank and was assured that there was no such block nor any evidence of attempted repayment.
This company is a SCAM. Do not fall for it. Do NOT order from them.

Complete and utter rubbish which took weeks to arrive and was not as described. No return address provided. A total scam.

Dress was not Linen,some kind of polyester, nothing like the pictures. No label in the garment. £42 down the drain. Not From the UK. Total Chinese scam. Should've gone to the charity shop to buy a dress.

No refunds from this company. It is based in New Mexico and doesn't have a UK return address. As the other reviewers state, they only offer a percentage of the price as a refund and you keep the unwanted item. If you're in the UK, do not buy from this company. I've complained to UK Trading Standards but there's nothing they can do as the company does not trade under UK law.

4 emails,one phone call asking for a returns label..no replies.. So losing money paid for item..Never ever will I order from Street-wave again.

I ordered a dress.
It has not arrived yet. I have contacted the company and not received a reply yet.
The dress was ordered on the 7th July. The money was paid on the 7th July.
On the 14th I was told the dress was in transit. It’s now the 23rd July. I haven’t received the dress. I’ve contacted the company and heard nothing from them.

Agree with the other reviews, this company should not be allowed to trade in the UK

This company puports to be a UK company with a.co.uk address but the goods actually come from China and took a lot longer to arrive than the expected date. The dress was also a poorer quality and much smaller than a medium should be. The jacket was totally the wrong item and looked like a very cheap lab coat.
I complained and requested a refund as per the web site '30 day money back guarantee' and was offered a measly 15% and no need to incur (at my expense!!) the cost of returning the goods. I refused this offer, it was upped to 30%, then 40%. They were still insisting return is at my expense. Do not use this company! They are operating under false pretended. The dresses are supposedly reduced from over £100 to half of that - they were never worth the 'original' price! Very cheaply made.

Do not buy from this company, shocking quality and still no sign of a refund after being told every time to give it another 3 days, now over a month ago !!
Literally no communication except a generic reply saying give them more time !

I would have given zero, not an option.
The worst company to deal with. Item arrived 2 weeks late, even though original date was 14 days after order.
Refuse to accept return, offering a discount to keep it, even though it does not fit !! . Never buy from them.

I ordered an outfit from Street Wave on 20.05.26 at a cost of £106.42.
The outfit when it arrived was unsuitable and I contacted Street Wave and asked for a refund.
The company has not been clear or particularly interested about how I effectively receive a full refund

Took ages to arrive. Quality was awful, didn't even remove from the bag s fabric poor, can't get refund as they keep denying receiving pictures apparently needed before return!
WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered two soft pure linen shirt dresses based on pictures. Took at least two weeks to arrive. On receipt were nothing like the picture and questionable they were linen although stated so on label. Material was of a cheap quality utility material. Dresses didn’t flow properly. Won’t be worn. Could see waste of time trying for refund. So my loss their gain. Don’t buy.

The order was over a week late, but that fades in comparison to the appalling quality of the clothing that turned up. A plaid coat that was clearly shown in the image as being made from a woollen-like fabric, thick and blanket-like, In reality it is made from cheap shiny nylon-y "material" with horrible garish colours. Nothing like the picture at all. If I was going to a fancy dress as an insane clown it would be ideal. The other item, I bought at the same time was equally cheap and nasty. I am now trying to return them. Still waiting for the return label to be emailed to me. Shan't be shopping with this lot ever again.
EDIT - their email address info@street-wave is not reachable. Emails bounce back. Plan to try the number next.
EDIT: tried another email address. They did answer but only offered a 15% refund or a credit note for more of their revolting rubbish. This does not comply with the impression given on their website refund policy. Going to carry on arguing the toss for as long as I can.

AVOID!!!!

This company didn't post my order until the day before it was due to be delivered. I emailed them, but of course got no reply. It turns out that my goods were coming from China, which is not apparent from the website; it looks like it's based in the UK. The order did eventually arrive, 2 weeks late; and the quality is truly atrocious, and not worth anything like what I paid for it. They are not a genuine company. My first clue of this was that the email was hard to find, and didn't work from the website, and the contact phone is a mobile number, which I think is UK-based. I didn't try it! Don't order from this website.
