This is a scam company. After waiting for a month for a delivery I was asked to send the item back to china for a refund DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I received my order in July, a pair of very flimsy shorts not three quarter length linen trousers as ordered. Since then I have been in communication for a refund, Do not be caught as I was

I ordered a jacket on Monday 14 September for £60.50. A tracking number was generated the following day. Something felt off so I did some digging and found these reviews on trust pilot. I thought I was ordering from the retailer "Outfit" (who I didn't realised had gone bust in 2021) I am no longer able to access their web site unless I use a VPN so I assume they are now blocking my IP address. I used their contact us form to enquire as to the status of my order (via the VPN) but have not received a reply. The review placed before mine says the site is no longer functioning. It is but you'll need to use a VPN or someone else's internet connection. I will be careful with who I place orders with online in future.

The Jacket arrived today. It was advertised as being leather & I was careful to check that it was leather not faux leather, as others were advertised on the same site. It is made of 100% polyester, is of very poor quality, especially the zip. The only thing I can say in it's favour is that it fits - Just about - but isn't designed for someone with shoulders & biceps.

I was also eventually able to re-access the website and see that it came in via airport and had to clear customs.

I deliberately didn't order directly from one of the Chinese websites as I wanted a quality Jacket. Had they been upfront, I would have ordered elsewhere.

The item arriving wasn't enough for me to increase my rating.

ordered 2 shirts. 3rd of September. on there web site it say's delivery in 3 day then when i checked the tracking it say's arriving from china a big con . i paid £72 i am fuming .i did track the order it said arrived in the uk .then when i looked again outfitlondon has closed down on line even if i trac with royal mail it say's the tracking number is wrong how do these people get away with what they are doing .i thought i was ordering from a legit shop in london how wrong was i so look's like i have lost my money .i hope there Factory Burns Down Thieving Rat's

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY".....Do not buy from this company I am reporting them to TRADING STANDARDS as the way I have been treated and how they have ripped me off for cheap crap from China is disgusting. They never reply to emails and then they try tell me my 30 day return window has closed.....I am absolutely fuming.....THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK...THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND STILL SLEEP AT NIGHT!!!!

NO stars! BEWARE! another Chinese SCAM company pretending to be British. I agree with all the other reviews, my experience was the same,do not buy anything from them. I bought a "Panama" hat for my brother's birthday, supposed to be reduced from £84. I didn't expect the real thing but didn't expect cheap rubbish either. The AI generated ad said order before 11.00 p.m. for next day delivery but it took 3 weeks to arrive, following several fruitless emails and a fake tracking system. About a week after placing the order I was told it was on the plane....from London to Lancs?!! No reply to the email questioning that. The hat was badly made with the crown facing one way and the brim another. It arrived in a plastic bag with no packing and was all out of shape and crumpled like a rag. The website shows no reviews nor gives a place to leave any. Read Paul's review for well researched details. Could kick myself for not looking here first. At least it will give his grandchildren a laugh!

Do not buy from this company.
I purchased a pair of HOKA trainers. Unfortunately I checked the review after placing the order!
I contacted the company immediately (within 2 hours of placing the order) to cancel it and they stated that the order had already been processed. When I later checked the tracking status, I could see this was not true. When the parcel finally arrived from China (weeks later) there was a pair of NOKA trainers inside???????
I now have to return this item at my own expense to receive a refund.
Absolute con. This company should be shut down.

Delivery was 14 days. Tracking delivery is only available via the Shop app, which requires access to your email account.

Shoes are small for the size and very poor quality.

The scrolling feed at the top of the OutfitLondon webpage advertises free returns, but the detail notes that the customer has to pay for them. This wouldn't be so bad in the UK, but the goods are coming from China, and the return address I have been given is an address in China. There is also a London address on the delivery label which I will pursue for a refund. I will also report them to Trading Standards in the week, there's clearly plenty of other customers who have been mislead.

This company is being advertised in search feeds, but the reviews are hidden, which is a real shame.

As all the previous reviews state, this is a total scam. It's a pity I hadn't read the reviews before I ordered. Don't touch them with a bargepole!
Now after writing this review the goods turned up, very late but of good quality. Therefore I must change my rating to 3 stars

Too True, Kath. The definitive line on this FAKE company is that the parent company (LEATHERDUDSLLC) was dissolved by Companies House on 16 Jun 2026. It is now a counterfeit Chinese operation run by a Wang Maoqin in Zhejiang Province and money paid by unsuspecting customers is funnelled through a bloke called Ted out of a Industrial Unit on Nexus Business Park, Central Way, Feltham nr Twickenham. You will be OK if you paid by Credit Card because you can get refunded, as I did, by providing these details. Mr Maoqin does not respond to disputes raised by CC companies (or if he does it is outside the time frame given) so you get refunded. If you bought through Shopify do not bother trying raise the issue with them because they do nothing except take the commission. Hope this helps. Paul

I should have looked at Trustpilot before dealing with this company, but I was in a hurry due to the Heatwave.

I ordered a fan from this ‘clothing’ company which I thought was a bit odd but thought they were just jumping on the heatwave bandwagon. 3 weeks later all I have had is tracking information for YunExpress which I dare not click on. This may be a scam like the clothes they seem to sell, but I have yet to find out. I paid through PayPal, so hopefully I will get a refund

As I later discovered from previous reviews (which I wish I had read before ordering), the Hoka Clifton 9 running shoes shown in the photographs and described on their website took two weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, the goods I received were poor-quality imitation shoes branded “Noka” — not what I ordered. Based on other customers’ experiences, requesting a chargeback appears to be the only viable option. Buyers, beware.

Starting to get concerned about non-arrival of an order, and came here to find the terrible reviews ☹️.
Dug a little - the website states the company is Leather Duds Ltd which was subject to a compulsory strike of on 16/06/2026 and is therefore now dissolved (and still trading).
Edit 1/9/26 - 2 pairs of "Asics" trainers have been delivered -no tags, and not in a box, and are fake, though reasonably good fakes. tell tale signs: glue overspill on some areas of sole, lace holes punches into upper not aligning quit with colouring / border, some logos not quite aligned.
Reported to Tradings Standards and now trying to get refund via credit card company, including the requested contact with OutfitLondon asking for a refund (which I suspect will never materialise).

On 3 August I ordered Blade-Free Silent Portable Air Conditioner. It arrived 14 days later when the British heat wave had come to an end.

It didn’t work when I connected the USB cable. After I unscrewed the device, one of the wires going to the motor was not connected to the plug. I soldiered it back on, put it back together and now it works. However, it is NOT silent and it has a very weak air displacement.
They are misselling these hyped up products as portable airconditioners when they are nothing of the kind.

Do not order from this company. It pretends to be a UK based company but isn't. I ordered HOKA trainers and ended up with NOKA trainers from China. Completely fake.
When I contacted the company, they want me to return the items to China which will cost in the region of £40 in order to get a refund. They say they are not defective items despite not being what I had ordered.
I am reporting them to Trading Standards and trying to get my money back through my credit card company.
Avoid at all costs!

As with the other reviews, this is a China company posing as a UK based one. I bought Hoka trainers on the link only for Nokas to turn up. They want me to return them at the RM cost of £40. I have raised the case with Klarna for a refund

TRAINERS ARE BAD FAKES, tried calling and emailing the company multiple times never got back to me. It says you can return the items within 30 days for a free refund except there’s not a return address and you can not get in touch with anyone it also took weeks to be delivered.
Waiting on PAYPAL to see if I can get any money back
