What really stood out was her proactive approach. I never once had to chase her for updates. She always kept me informed and was even reaching out on weekends to make sure everything was moving forward smoothly.

Even after I moved in, Kacey took the time to check in and make sure everything was perfect, which really shows how much she cares about her clients.
