A bunch of thieves and liars.
They are a prime example of precisely why letting agents should be the first to be lined up when the revolution comes.
Absolute scum.

Beth made the whole sales experience absolutely wonderful. She worked tirelessly to find good buyers, she was so patient with us. The thing that was the most stand out, was her communication and transparency. I honestly don’t know how I’d have coped without Beth’s continued support!! She is one of a kind and I will be recommending her to anyone I know selling in South East London. 

Daniel was great and really friendly when showing me the property. He clearly explained all of my questions about the property and was very knowledgable about the specifics. Thanks Daniel!

Myles was really helpful and answered all my questions and replied to texts promptly.

Slow to respond, left us in a mouldy flat for months, then tried to get every penny of the deposit back for issues belonging to the flat when we moved in.

Do not rent from these people. They overcharge and will then try and nick your deposit. Never met a more unscrupulous lot.

I am very happy with the end to end process and conduct of Shimon at the Dock branch. I had to move in urgently and he took it on priority to get me the keys on the promised date. The agency is lucky to have a honest and hard working member like Shimon in the team.

Daniel was very nice, showing availability and willingness to reply to all questions honestly and making himself available on the phone as well

Daniel was awesome. He took the time to understand our property requirements and has shown us really lovely properties that ticked our boxes. Highly recommend.

I had to move before my tenancy ended, but I found a replacement tenant. They were very uncommunicative about the process and I had to ask the new tenant myself when they moved in. I then spent months trying to get my deposit and overpaid rent back and to this day they still haven't refunded me. I feel like they went out of their way to stall as much as possible, saying they will make the refunds. I have passed the 3 month deadline for making deposit disputes through MyDeposits so I'm considering taking legal action.

We recently sold our flat and Beth Cooter at Ludlow Thompson was absolutely brilliant. She was highly professional, incredibly responsive and kept us constantly updated throughout the process. We would highly recommend. Thanks, Beth!

I was fortunate enough to be shown around a property by Daniel Scott in Kennington, London. Daniel was professional and punctual and provided all of the necessary information that a potential tenant could ask for when viewing a property.
