Excellent customer service from discussing my requirements, to placing the order and talking me through build and installation.

Good service and thank you to the delivery driver who put a lot of effort in getting the equipment into place due to difficulties with the access.

Great price and quality

Ordered the Primal Hiit bench. Pleased with the service

Ordered 8 days ago, no contact at all after first order confirmation. Messaged them on mail and no answer. A business is built on customer service, but if no contact after ordering and taking my money, gives a massive indication as to how the company views their customers!

I ordered the 32kg kettlebell and they (Strengthx) cancelled the order a day after placing the order. I have not received any money back and it just says the order is cancelled. I emailed the sales email and I still do not have any response. This may as well be a scam for all I know. Hope to receive a response and my money back then I can update this review but till then I'm not sure why it's taking so long to give money back or respond to an email.

UPDATE: Michael gave a call a couple of days ago assuring he will sort out the issue and as promised a refund was made into my account yesterday. So, what id advise to others is if you don't get a response through email, just give them a ring and they'll be willing to help. They are a family run business which is why you gotta cut them some slack when responding as they're not a large organisation - where responses are more quick due to them having a dedicated team for customer issues. All in all, really friendly and helpful. Wish them the best of luck in their business.

It has been a fantastic experience working with Mike and the team at StrengthX, from start to finish the advise and knowledge has been superb. We needed a quick turn around and my god did they deliver. I can not recommend them enough.

Placed an order on 18th Dec, other than an automated email I have not had any other correspondence from them.

Sent email for an update on 30th Dec, no response. Tried to call them and no one picks up.

Checked the order on the site on 2nd Jan and the order has been cancelled and I have not been refunded. Tried calling again still no one picks up

No communication from them whatsoever - abysmal customer service.

Edit: Had a callback on 6th Jan from Adam and he was very apologetic and explained that they had emailed me about the item that I ordered not being in stock, but i had not received any of their emails, due to an issue with their email system that they were not aware of at the time. Also they were closed for the xmas period/new year period which was why calls were not answered. He assured me that the refund had been processed, however i have not yet received it back yet.

Whilst not a great experience, i can appreciate that they have attempted to make amends for the issues that arose and it wouldn't put me off ordering from them again.

Supported us through a long term project of updating equipment. Michael was amazing to deal with and always had our best interest in mind.

We updated several pin loaded and cv equipment and blown away with the difference in quality.

Updated: Since contact with Strength have been established, they have gone above and beyond to make sure my order and this issue is resolved.

The first time I have ordered from StrengthX and I will not be purchasing again. I have been waiting 3 weeks for delivery what was said to be 3-5 days. When contacting the company to assist me with my order, no reply on multiple occasions
