Stress-Free Auto Care レビュー

Fast and friendly service, don’t feel like I’m being pressured or lied to. They damaged one of my bolt casing/cap and they replaced them all without missing a beat.

I started bringing my Mini to Stress-Free Auto Care in Mountain View a few years ago after my service package ended at the dealership. Besides their friendly and quick service, I love that they send photos of their inspection. While I don’t know what 99.99% of what the pictures are (haha), this makes me feel like they are upfront and transparent in their findings and recommendations. I recommend this service center to anyone looking for auto care in my area!

I have had several cars serviced here over the years. Their work has always been reliable. Great place for tires and alignment too.

They staff are very friendly and always available to assist with getting my car fixed. They always have a loaner car if needed and conveniently located.

I’ve been there more than a couple of times for various services for my Alfa Romeo. Firstly they are friendly, affordable and have great estimation times. They are always ready to answer my questions and their quote explains everything beautifully. Their service is trustworthy and reliable. You can also bring your own oil for the oil change. Most importantly their prices are transparent and their scheduling is easy.

Had a good experience with them getting my oil changed on my 2010 Prius. Good service, offer of a free Uber ride home or back, and nice snacks & kcups in the waiting area.

Always reliable and offering great services even with last minute booking!

This is my go to place for anything relating to my automobiles. They are clear when it comes to any costs and repairs, and their status checker ensures I know exactly what’s being done.

Quick to schedule and frequent communication. I like they are open on the weekends and close to my home!

Nice and pleasant experience，

Appointment always starts on time. I love the complimentary inspections to ensure I always know what’s going on with my vehicle, even if that wasn’t the reason of my service. They always have deals that accommodate people in this current time of financial difficulties.

Have been going there since they opened the location on pioneer parkway always easy to schedule and reasonable priced

The people are awesome.. Feel like there really want us there. They explain everything and why. I have recommended people to go there.. I will keep going there.

I brought in my 2010 Lincoln MKS after it had been giving me non-stop trouble. The kind of car problems that make you feel like you’re throwing money into a black hole with no end in sight. I’d been to other shops before, but I always left feeling like I either overpaid or wasn’t told the full story. That all changed the moment I came to Stress Free Auto Care.

From the second I walked through the door, I could tell this place was different. The staff was not only welcoming but genuinely helpful. They didn’t treat me like just another ticket number they took the time to listen to the issues I was having with the car, asked smart follow-up questions, and explained everything in clear, simple language.

The techs did a full inspection on my Lincoln and actually found the root cause of the problem, instead of just slapping on a temporary fix like some places do. What impressed me most was how transparent they were before any work was done, they sent me pictures, videos, and a full breakdown of the repairs needed, along with honest pricing. There was zero pressure, zero upselling just real people doing quality work.

The work they did on my MKS was top-notch. The car runs smoother than it has in years. It’s like they gave it a new life. Even the little things like making sure everything was clean and double checking that I understood the repairs made a huge difference. They value their customers, and it shows.

I can honestly say I’ll never take my car anywhere else. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can trust these days, but Stress Free Auto Care earned my loyalty for life. If you’re tired of the usual runaround and want quality, honest work on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

The company is changing the way Auto Repair is done. They gave me the exact price up front and kept me updated via text messages while my vehicle was being worked on. Truly Stress-Free!
