I’m using Strike pay for over two years now and I absolutely love it. Very easy to use for me and also for the clients, they don’t have to struggle trying to use it. A great way of not loosing out on that tip, that we all know, how much needed it sometimes can be. And as a bonus, Gail was amazing, so easy going and very helpful. Thank you !

Bit disappointed in the fact I work hard. And if people choose to tip me this way. There is a service charge. AND a fee to use this account. Which you call "measly" in other comments. This is not measly when you want to keep your tips. And if service fee is not covered by the customer. We are charged that too.

I've also had to link my bank 4 times now as it keeps saying unlinked. But when i go through the process. I can see after my bank is linked.

I have Cash Out my tips for long long ago (two months now). But still the money not been sent to my Bank Account. I have mailed customer service 4/5 times, only I get one reply, but not yet I got any solutions. Now I am fearing of Cash Out.

The payment is pending for a long time and then if you forget after 12hrs money is deductible without any warnings

I made a mistake setting up my account. I contacted strikepay and the service from Hunaid Vekariya was second to none. Fabulous service, super helpful and successful resolution.

Love using Strike to tip people who give great service. I’ve mostly used it by scanning the QR code on the front desk in hair and nail salons but also via a new terminal in some restaurants (Butcher Grill most recently) which means fair receipt of tips by staff. It’s a great and much needed system to thank folks for great service.

We have been using Strikepay in my salon for a couple of years now . It’s an excellent service and easy to navigate . All my staff get their tips directly to their own account , effortlessly . Gail is always on hand to give me a help out if I need her .

StrikePay makes it easy for me to tip in my nail and hair salon and thank God, I've been embarrassed too many times because I forgot to take cash out or no one would break down a 20 into fivers. Thank you StrikePay!

We ate at a local restaurant and were told that any tip was separate to the food bill and handled through Strikepay. I could see there was a 5.6% handling charge. What I sadly did not realise was that my credit card company treats this as a cash advance, so I was charged a cash advance fee by them AND interest on the advance! Total additional cost to the tip was 23%.
I have learned my lesson and will not leave any tips via Strikepay in the future.

There's a monthly fee for using strikepay, you can't transfer your money out unless it's over $10, you can't see who tipped you unless they specifically identify themselves by leaving a note on the tip. It's a pain in the ass for clients to set up just to be able to tip. Can't stand it

I have been using Strike Pay since lock down. It is my go to for tips and payments . Strikepay makes my life easier being able to send links for payments too .

I think this is a rip-off, not help in getting your hard-earned money. You get an education, you work, you try your best, you stand on your feet while working. You deserve extra tips and even if they may not always be big. And here they just write off a commission for transferring tips from each guest and also write off a commission for the application every month. I would gladly give my card number directly if this was accepted at work. Of course, developers also need to get paid, but how do free apps get paid? I'm not sure that this should happen at the expense of the service staff.

Card tap isn't great but never an issue with qr codes. A facility for the tipper to leave a message or identify themselves if they wished would be useful

Recently used Strikepay in my job. Instant tips, delighted I could see them in my own account rather than waiting for them. Great way of saving, clients love it because they don’t carry cash.

Really great experience when tipping the staff in Coffee Angel – incredibly seamless.

I set my account and after a few days has been blocked due to a details and passport check. Nothing happens my money is in an account i cant touch because they still processing my documents.
I tried to email support ive got no answer
