The best dentist ever
I recently went into Strobel Dentistry to see Dr. Isabella for an onlay and it was a phenomenal experience. Years ago she and her assistant, Evette, had mentioned the crown I had on that tooth was showing its age and it would likely need a replacement in the future. Rather than rush the issue or overcharge me or rip out the crown early, Dr. Isabella was patient and diligent in checking on that tooth each time I went in for my cleanings. After my latest round of x-rays, she saw the crown placed by my last dentist was degrading and she mentioned it was time to replace the crown, so I went in to get my first onlay. The preparation and explanation of the procedure by the staff, the care that Dr. Isabella gave, the support and welcoming nature of the front desk, and the overall experience was the best I've ever had across the many dentists I've gone to in the Loop, Chicago, and the Chicagoland area in general. The procedure to place the onlay was much quicker than I expected (since I'm more used to the crown placement) and totally painless. There was also no wait time at all â I arrived on time, checked in, and was called back for the procedure within seconds. I got a little nervous once I was in the chair, but before I knew it everything was done and I had an onlay that fit much better than my old crown, thanks to Dr. Isabella's expertise and care in crafting the onlay precisely for me. I cannot recommend Strobel Dentistry enough, they will listen to you, walk you through your options, and provide care for you better than anyone!
