Established in 2004, we are a small business based on the picturesque North Norfolk coast, we produce the famous I’d Rather Be range of quality fine bone china mugs, with over 3,000 different titles and counting, we think there’s a mug for every occasion and everyone! We supply mugs throughout the UK and beyond, to independent gift shops, hotels, garden centres and other businesses. All our mugs are made to order, and are designed and produced in the UK. Fine china dishwasher proof made to order

I wanted to buy some mugs,which are large, china, lightweight ones and dishwasher proof. They can be plain white or with amusing remarks on them or with designs by Izziraineyy which I like. As I needed them in a hurry for a birthday present they very kindly made them overnight (they are made to order) and sent them for next day delivery which was very kind.

A little delay in posting


We ordered on 23rd Oct as we were staying in a hotel in London from 25th to 28th Oct. Unfortunately the mugs were posted on the 26th (standard shipping 2 - 4 days) and delivered to our hotel on the 31st Oct by which time we had left. They are still there. This is my fault as I thought postage would be the next day and delivery by the 28th.

Superb mug and service. Well done!

I emailed this company to enquire if a particular title was still in stock. I had an answer to say yes within the day! I ordered it, and it arrived (extremely well-packed) only two days later. Cannot do better than that. Excellent service - and a delightful mug, as well!
