I am extremely disappointed with my experience as a seller on StubHub International.

I supplied genuine Arsenal tickets, yet the sale was cancelled based on a claim that the buyer was rejected at the stadium, and I was charged an excessive €270.80 administrative fee.

I provided evidence showing that both tickets were marked as “Utilised” in Arsenal’s official system. StubHub initially said this was not sufficient proof of successful entry.

I then contacted Arsenal Football Club directly. Arsenal reviewed the attendance and stadium access records and provided written confirmation that entry was ultimately obtained using the tickets and that both tickets were utilised.

StubHub then requested that I forward Arsenal’s original email, which I did within the requested timeframe. I am still waiting for the matter to be properly resolved.

As a seller with previously successful transactions, I find it extremely frustrating to face such a substantial penalty despite providing official evidence directly from the football club.

I simply expect the evidence to be fairly reviewed and the €270.80 charge to be reversed.

My listing was taken down without my knowledge. When I tried to relist it, it was not permitting it. I contacted customer services and they said it’s a high risk event and only some accounts are allowed to list. However, I have had an account with Stubhub for many years now and had no recent claims. Because of this I was unable to sell tickets to this event and lost money. Very disappointed. I am considering using other websites.

They rip off both the buyers and seller. I sold tickets for a gig last weekend, 2 separate sales. Both tickets sold and transferred on ticketmaster. Both buyers acknowledged that they had the tickets. Stub hub had cancelled one sale as they said I did not transfer the ticket for one sale in time. I provided full proof that the ticket had been transferred and accepted the day before the gig. They also applied a £85 dishonour fee to my account. When I sent in proof of transfer they removed the dishonour fee but are now saying they still wont give me the money for the ticket. I even have the buyer emailing them as stubhub provide the email address for the buyers. She has sent in proof to say that she has received and used the ticket but they still fight this. It is currently being escalated for the third time. I am awaiting reply.

I bought a premier league ticket from stubhub international. Promised to be delivered electronically by Friday (mobile ticket). Starting Saturday morning, I called over and over stubhub international to inquire but I was placed on hold for hours yet no one picked up. I emailed, chat the AI robot, and anything to get their attention.

Sunday comes still no ticket. The game is at 4 pm. I frantically call starting 10 AM (their business hour on Sunday is 10AM - 7 PM) but the entire day call goes straight to “Please call again during business hours”.

Given they are a reselling platform and thus a middleman, I understand seller causing an issue and not sending the tickets. However, the lack of support was baffling to me. How can they provide 0 support and still function as a company?Could not get anyone on the phone (wouldn’t even go through) and no response to email.

Absolutely unacceptable and never using stubhub international again. Wasted so much time, opportunity, and missed the game that I traveled so far to see. It would have been my first game for my team.

I bought tickets for Arsenal vs Burnley game, it cost lot of money... and I guess their delivery date is for nothing, only reason I bought it there was "fast delivery" on listing, but tickets were send not even 24 hours before game and seller thought he is boss or something and make nonsense terms to do screenshots and videos from your apple / google wallet with ticket, I guess he needs it if tickets are scam, but I didnt send him anything because he cant demand new terms after buying... tickets worked but he sent links which worked mayby 20 seconds so I told him Im gonna call support and only after that he provided new working links, so I guess he was trying to scam us. If you buy tickets on this site, usually they work but are delivered late and never listen to nonsense terms sellers are trying to make :) they cant do anything about it if you dont follow it. Unfourtunatelly you never know from who are you buying tickets on stubhub, this seller was "company" SB Hospitality and Events.

​I traveled 5,000 miles from South Korea to Manchester specifically for the Man Utd match, but I was denied entry due to StubHub International’s catastrophic failure and breach of contract (Case #1341264). Despite a written guarantee from their management promising replacement tickets, their internal system failed. I was left stranded outside the stadium for hours. Even more shocking is that my account dashboard clearly showed the order number, yet their incompetent agents insisted it didn't exist.

​StubHub has since issued a full refund for the tickets, but let’s be clear: A refund is NOT compensation. It is simply returning my own money for a service they failed to provide. They didn't just fail a transaction; they destroyed a trip that cost me thousands of dollars in flights and hotels, not to mention the immense emotional distress.

​Offering a pathetic 27% voucher as "compensation" for ruining a once-in-a-lifetime international trip is an insult. I have no intention of using a service I no longer trust. I demand 100% CASH COMPENSATION for the consequential financial loss and the gross negligence that turned my dream trip into a nightmare. I have already filed formal complaints with UK Trading Standards and will continue to pursue this until fair compensation is issued. Avoid this company at all costs—their 'FanProtect Guarantee' is meaningless when it actually matters.

I am writing this to express my deep disappointment at your continued silence. After you personally guaranteed a resolution and replacement tickets, you have now chosen to stop responding altogether.
Let me be clear: Silence is not a solution. By ignoring my emails, you are not only failing as a "Customer Service Expert" but also admitting StubHub’s gross negligence in this matter. I relied on your professional word, which led to me being stranded in Manchester after a 5,000-mile journey.
I am informing you that I have officially filed a formal complaint through Resolver.co.uk. This ensures that our entire correspondence—including your unfulfilled guarantees and your recent avoidance—is now part of a public and official record.
I will no longer tolerate being ignored. Your attempt to "hide" from this responsibility will not make the issue go away. I expect a personal and concrete response from you immediately regarding the full cash refund of 917.87 EUR and the 100% cash compensation for my damages.
I will proceed with the next step: a formal Chargeback through my credit card company and a direct report to the UK Trading Standards.

Avoid using StubHub. I sold 3 tickets and was able to provide verifiable proof that all 3 tickets were successfully scanned at the entrance of the football match. Despite this, StubHub claims there were "issues" and is refusing to pay me. This is modern-day fraud!

I was sceptical about using this site because of the negative reviews. I bought 2 tickets for the Merseyside derby that were very expensive. The communication between stub hub and the 3rd party seller with myself was very good. Tickets were downloaded onto my Google wallet within 24 hours and had no issues gaining access to the stadium. Great service no complaints.

I bought tickets to arsenal vs kairat and they were fake tickets! I travelled all the way to the stadium only to be told they were fake and it was a long exhausting process to get my money back. Stupidly i didnt read the reviews before buying so do not trust this website! I have tried footballticketpad and got a legit arsenal ticket but they are more expensive and probablt because they give real tickets.

The seats for this football match were nothing like the seats you guys had sold us. Never again

We bought tickets for Chelsea v Aston Villa on December 27th. The tickets were supposed to be sent by email. The seller asked us for our personal phone number for delivery (a direct violation of StubHub policy). When we refused, the seller insisted we provide our phone number, but never gave a reason why. Instead of intervening, StubHub support told us to give in to the seller’s demands and did nothing to stop the seller's inappropriate and harassing messages. Tickets were finally sent 15 mins before the match via email. They were for a different, inferior section (standing room only) than the seats we paid for. The seller claimed email delivery was "impossible," yet we received email tickets for a different match via StubHub just days later. We were unable to attend the Chelsea/Aston Villa match and are out of pocket for a premium experience we never received. StubHub protects disreputable sellers and offers no support to customers. Never using this service again.

We purchased tickets for the 12/30/2025 Arsenal v Villa game. We received the tickets with a lot of information and they appeared legitimate. When we got to the venue, they did not work. We were not the only fans who were denied entry because of stubhub ie fake tickets. They completely lack customer service support. There were so many disapointed fans outside the stadium with fake sub hub tickets. Do not use this site. It is a scam.

Was not clear that the tickets I bought were for away fans. As a home fan, the tickets are unusable. StubHub is refusing to do anything about it. Trying to sell them on at a loss now. An expensive but valuable lesson.

StubHub International sold me tickets for the Las Vegas GP in Section 110, a section that DOES NOT EXIST. I was denied entry and stranded at the gate. Because their support was closed/unresponsive, I had to buy replacement tickets myself at the venue ($2,100+) to attend the event I traveled for. They refunded the original fake ticket but REFUSE to compensate the $849 difference I had to pay because of their gross negligence. They admit the error but hide behind "company policy" to avoid liability. Avoid at all costs. If something goes wrong, you will pay out of pocket.

Pure scam. Before the concert on 10/28/2025, I ordered a refund for the order number 601822698 due to the fact that the tickets ordered never arrived. In the letter from your service, I was informed that the funds would be returned within 5-8 days. As of now, I have not received anything. When will I receive my funds?

Don’t buy from this website got scammed for the Chelsea - Sunderland game arrived at the bridge and apparently the tickets where already in use… came all the way from belgium…
