You advised me that the shoes I ordered…

You advised me that the shoes I ordered were no longer available in the colour I ordered. I asked you for a full refund, around five or six weeks ago, however, to date, I haven’t received reimbursement. That’s awful customer service, and i’m not happy or satisfied with the service I have received.

I decided to place my first order, and it was to be delivered to Texas. To my surprise, at no point was I informed about an additional charge. When UPS delivered my package—after I had already paid for my order—I was asked to pay almost the same amount again in duties and customs fees, which was extremely shocking to me.

At that moment, I sent a complaint to your customer service department. Four days later, I was contacted and told that if I did not pay, I would not receive any refund. I was left with no choice: either pay or lose the merchandise. UPS made it very clear that if I refused, there would be additional charges.

I don’t think this situation is correct
