I felt the good support and feedback over an issue I had during the application process, even though the problem itself wasn't caused by the SF platform system. Also and very important, they were super fast to reply with an answer (less than 2 days). Super!

I received wonderful support from my advisor, who patiently answered all of my questions. Their help made me feel more confident throughout the entire process.

No cojais ninguna financiacion de ellos, las ofrecen atraves de "Bootcamps"/estafas, en las cuales te ofreces credenciales/titulos para poder encontrar empleo en ciberseguridad, full stack, ciencia de datos etc. pero es una estafa a la hora de contratar las empresas no dan por validas las credenciales de los bootcamps, por ejemplo en ciberseguridad buscan un OSCP/eJP/CISCO que son credenciales que se pueden estudiar por tu cuenta pagas el examen lo apruebas y es tuya para poner numeros el examen de OSCP mas barato vale 1500€ te abre infinidad de puertas, A MI ME ESTAN INTENTANDO ARRUINAR LA VIDA. Yo tengo una financiacion con Studentfinance por un bootcamp en UPGRADE HUB el cual fue una estafa desde el primer momento. decian que el ultimo curso que impartieron tubo 90% de contratacion y que te ponian en contacto con 400 empresas y que tendrias una semana de dias de contratacion. resultado 1 persona crontrada de 20 ,por que tenia titulacion universitaria en criminologia y habia sido militar y habia vivido 3 años en estados unidos.LLega la semana de contrataciones, 1 entevista solo tube y la perdi por que este señor era evidentemente superior a mi en idiomas y titulos, esa semana en vez de entrevistas trajeron dos presentaciones de empresas que vinieron a decir no necesitamos novatos ahora mismo pero, asi sabeis de que vamos. situacion actual me quieren cobrar 12,500€ de un curso que no me va reportar nada mas que una perdida de tiempo, encima de todo al empezar el curso antes te daban un "pre-work" para nivelarte era obligatorio superarlo para poder entrar al curso decian, sorpresa la mia cuando HABIA UNA SEÑORA QUE NO SABIA NI ENCENDER EL ORDENADOR EN UN CURSO DE CIBERSEGURIDAD. En este momento me encuentro lleno de deudas y sin trabajo pero juro por dios que cada euro que consiga me lo voy gastar en los abogados mas hijos de puta y caros que encuentre y contratare a los peritos necesarios para llevar esta injusticia ante los tribunales que sea necesario. NO ME VAIS A HUNDIR LA VIDA.

Great support and the process is quite simple and straight forward.

The communication wasn't very good. I had to keep chasing the next stage of the process. Mistakes were made (or system errors) during the verification process and they weren't noticed until I contacted the customer service to ask what was happening and why we hadn't progressed. Then things would move along. This seemed to happen again while I was waiting for the contract to sign. Everything had to be chased via email and responses were not quick. It seems like it should have all been automated based on the app used for ID verification. Clearly this didn't work correctly in my case and I fell through the cracks.
I'm all set up now and happy with the terms but getting it set up was far from painless

Just got aproved for the financing and had access to the career services provided and their model. I think its great

My experience is being good. They are very thoughtful in all parts of the process.

Es una gran oportunidad tener esta financiación para poder primero estudiar y luego pagar

I sent several emails because I didn't know how the process was and what were the next steps and didn't got a satisfactory answer, when I was ansred at all.
It was a very stressful experience considering money is a sensitive subject.
