The company got back to me after a while and solved the problem smoothly. I received my purchase with a big delay, but they did fix it and it is a very beautiful product.

I unfortunately have to give Fragment Studios a bad review as they shipped my purchase to a wrong address and now have been ignoring my inquiries for more than a week. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I find the lack of customer service unacceptable.
I first ordered the item to my old address due to an auto fill-in from my computer. I immediately wrote them to notify the issue and the right address and they replied that they had fixed it and that everything was good. A few days after, I received a notification from the postal service in the country of my old address that they would deliver it a week later. I forwarded this to Fragment Studios flagging the issue and they replied that they would deal with it. The following week I wrote to request an update with no reply. I wrote them another two times within a week asking for some kind of reaction and have heard nothing back from them for more than nine days. I should have had my purchase by now and don't because they sent it to the wrong address and now I cannot even get through to them. Everyone can make mistakes, but I do not appreciate being ghosted, at this point I don't even know if I will ever hear back from them or receive the product that I have paid and waited for. Everyone loses.

Les bijoux sont très beaux, mais quelques doutes sur la solidité. Après a peine 3 mois ou je l'ai pas toujours porte, la chaîne de mon collier s'est cassée en s'accrochant à un pull.

Fragment a heureusement été compréhensif sur le sujet en me proposant une réparation.

J’ai commandé deux bagues qui se sont avérées être trop grande pour moi. Le SAV a été très réactif et j’ai reçu l’échange pour la taille en dessous très vite. La finition et la qualité des produits est top!

Update: The company was very nice in reaching out and offering a solution to fix the problem!

The size of the ring I ordered was not correct, so I sent an email asking for instructions how to exchange it. I then paid almost 1/4 of the ring price to have it shipped back to the store, only to find out that after several weeks no one at the store received the package and it was sent back to me. Now I have the incorrect ring with me, I lost money for it AND the additional shipping for the failed exchange, and the store is now ignoring my emails so I don’t know what to do next.

Very solid rings, this is what I needed. Shipment is also fast so, maybe I'll take another one some day.

Worst experience ever.
I bought twin ring and unfortunately didn't fit.
I request the refund and after 1 month of request, email, and dispute with PayPal got back the money.

La bague commandée est magnifique, le SAV est réactif et vraiment sympa (il a fallu faire un échange par rapport à la taille). Merci !

I ordered a silver necklace from them and my shipment was, with error on behalf of the courier, sent to Mexico. They just shipped me a new necklaced completely free of cost. Customer service guy Alex was super chill and helpful. Love these guys 🙏

Qualité de bijoux et qualité prix super !
Nous avons commandé une chaîne en couleurs or, nous l’allons reçu en argent. Nous avons pris contacte avec le studio par mail.
Il nous on renvoyer une chaîne en or et nous on offert la chaîne en argent en guise de geste commercial.

Bagues originales et de très bonnes qualités. Mon copain a adoré son cadeau !

Je suis satisfaite de mon expérience avec la marque Fragment. Le colis a été emballé avec soin, les bijoux de qualité. J’avais même posé une question sur instagram et ils m’ont directement répondu: équipe très sympa et professionnelle!

I’ve ordered 3 items from them now (a necklace, a ring & earrings)
Each time they came in a nice packaging and arrived within a week. The quality is very good for the price you pay, and the items are just SO pretty :)
Would be nice if they had a bit more information about the pieces though (ex: measurements of the earrings etc.)
I do recommend this shop though!
