From a free trial to $1.44 straight to $86.12 cad within milliseconds all just to edit one pic. It did get blocked immediately so I got lucky, but these are some scummy people.

Dark pattern subscriptions, unwilling to provide a full refund. Not responding to multiple emails and pleads.

Absolute scam, you sign up for 7 day free trial then will bill you anyway. Charged me $94aud, emailed them and they replied saying I’m not eligible for a refund.

they are trying to charge $59.88 for a subscription that was advertised as a free 6 times now even though the card is frozen and they still trying and i lost fee money because of this shitty scam

So much for a "free" trial. luckily my bank notified me that this was fraud. they almost stole $86 from me.

Bunch of Scammers, scum of the earth. Tell you it's a free trail then take £72.00 out of my account and PayPal are no better for letting them do it. Rubbish web site but by then it's too late, impossible stupid pop up's appearing on screen all the time getting in the way trying to rob you of more money. It's even worse if your using an iPhone. I have already lodged a complaint through PayPal and if I don't receive a satisfactory outcome, I will also be reporting them to Trading Standards because they are breaking European Online purchase Law as well as the UK.

I opt for free trial and they charged me £71.86. Disgusting! Please dont use it. They are scammers!!!

Like everyone else, I was charged with 58.99 USD right after subscribing for free monthly trial.

I was charged $59.88 for a subscription that was advertised as a free trial. I need a refund instantly. Emails were sent but I have had zero luck. Horrible website and will be suing if I don't get a refund.

scam free trial period. Offered a one month free trial and proceeded to immediately charge my credit card the full one year subscription fee. No customer service and no way to cancel.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Studio Creative Fabrica. I signed up believing I was using a free trial. It was not made sufficiently clear to me that the trial was based on coin usage rather than simply a period of time, or that once a certain number of coins were used, the trial would automatically convert into a paid annual subscription.
I was unexpectedly charged USD $59.88 (CAD $87.10). Only after contacting support did they explain that the free trial included a limited number of coins and that using those coins automatically triggered the annual paid subscription.
I did not knowingly intend to purchase an annual subscription, and I did not understand that using the AI tools during what I believed was a free trial could automatically result in this charge. My refund request was denied because they said coins had already been used after the automatic conversion.
In my experience, the conditions of the free trial, the rapid consumption of coins, and the automatic conversion to a paid annual subscription were not communicated clearly enough before I was charged.
I believe customers should be given a clear and prominent warning before a free trial converts into a paid annual subscription and before their card is charged. I would not have continued using the service if I had understood that this would result in an immediate annual charge.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Very deceptive company who will trick you into a 60.00 charge during your free trial setup and when I contacted them to cancel and ask for a refund they refused. There is no way to cancel in your account. The ai generators are not good and don’t produce anything close to accurate based on detailed prompts. Their customer service team literally refused to cancel my account immediately after I signed up for a free trial. They offer you at free trial a button that says “claim your coins”. Anyone would think ok I just signed for a free trial and maybe these coins come with the free trial to use the generator. Wrong!!! It immediately charged me 60.00. I emailed them saying this is deceptive and asked for a full deletion of my account and they refused. I guess I will be contesting this on my credit card. Stay far away from these thieves. .

Sign up for "free" trial - NEVER EVER USE A SITE THAT REQUIRES YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS TO SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL. Stupid mistake on my part.

Anyway, I soon noticed that I have been charge £71.86 !

I had Paid through paypal and there is a note on Paypal for Crativefabrica, stating:

"Get an immediate refund by contacting us first. Formal disputes involve lengthy bank investigations that can take weeks to resolve. If you reach out to us directly via the link below, our team can process your refund right away and skip the wait."

I contacted them via email and their response was:

"We have reviewed your account and the transaction for £71.86. Our system automatically checks for refund eligibility based on our refund policy, which includes criteria such as account usage and cancellation within a specified timeframe. Unfortunately, based on these criteria, your account does not currently meet the conditions for an automatic refund"

Just to note: I did use my account twice, two very short videos that I assumed were free having signed up for a FREE trial.

I sent another email pointing out the free trial, the CONSTANT popups offering axtra coins if you sign up NOWNOWNOW (that I did not click on), the fact I had to search the internet to even work out how to cancel my subscription on their site, the fact even then there must have been 4 or 5 pages of ARE YOU SURE ! I pointed out that I would dispute this and charge back the money vis PayPal / CC as it was clearly fraudulent.

Now they did refund me but none of this should have occurred. From the payment taken to the refusal of a refund to the design of their site making it as difficult as possible to cancel. Avoid them, there are many alternatives available.

Ir feels like a scam. Got charged without any notification all of a sudden. I do think the stuff they put there was nice but the payment process and can not cancel thingy are so shady.

BEWARE. STUDIO CREATIVEFABRICA =SCAM. Fraudulently billed US $65.87+US 4.39 - AUD $102.00 on a FREE TRIAL- received NO DATA. Had NO IDEA I had been charged until PayPAL advised. Absolute FRAUD. They need to be shut down.

Ich bin wirklich sauer über meine Erfahrung mit Creative Fabrica.

Ich wollte ein kostenloses 30-tägiges Testabo ausprobieren. Genau so wurde es für mich dargestellt: kostenlos testen, erst einmal reinschauen, ohne sofortige Zahlung.

Stattdessen wurde direkt eine Zahlung über 71,26 € ausgelöst. Für mich ist das absolut nicht in Ordnung. Ich habe keine bewusste Abozahlung autorisiert und wollte keinen kostenpflichtigen Plan abschließen. Ich wollte lediglich das kostenlose Testabo testen.

Aus meiner Sicht wurde hier mit einem kostenlosen Testabo geworben, am Ende stand aber sofort eine kostenpflichtige Abbuchung. Die tatsächlich ausgelöste Dienstleistung hatte daher für mich nichts mit dem zu tun, was ich ausgewählt habe.

Noch ärgerlicher ist, dass ich nach kurzer Recherche gesehen habe, dass ich offenbar nicht der Einzige bin. Auf Trustpilot schildern andere Nutzer sehr ähnliche Erfahrungen: kostenloses Testabo gewählt, danach unerwartete Abbuchung oder kostenpflichtiger Plan.

Für mich wirkt dieser Abschlussprozess irreführend und alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Ich fühle mich getäuscht und kann Creative Fabrica deshalb nicht empfehlen.

Mein Rat: Macht unbedingt Screenshots von jedem Schritt, bevor ihr dort ein „kostenloses“ Testabo startet. Ich persönlich werde dort nichts mehr abschließen.
