Absolutely horrible.
Every illustration takes at least 5 attempts to be barely acceptable. Videos with voiceover are unusable because the voice creates words that don't exist.
And even though you pay to use the platform, you have a very limited use of it before you MUST purchase extra credits ALL THE TIME, because you have wasted so much time and energy to get the final work to a decent quality or into something that can be scavenged and used somehow.
Such a big mistake! Avoid at all costs.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Creative Fabrica Studio AI.

I found their website through Google and saw a “$0.00 free trial” offer. I only added my card to test the service, with no intention of purchasing anything.

After adding my card, I was redirected to a page showing a large number of coins (around 620,000). I created a few videos just to explore the platform. At no point did I clearly agree to purchase a paid subscription.

However, shortly after, I was unexpectedly charged $59.88 from my Visa card. There was no clear payment confirmation step or explicit consent before this charge.

To make matters worse:

* Two subscriptions were activated on my account
* The subscriptions were in “activating” status, so I couldn’t cancel them
* I was unable to remove my payment method

When I contacted support, they repeatedly claimed they could not find my subscription, even though I provided:

* Account ID
* Subscription IDs
* Order ID
* Screenshots and invoice proof

After multiple emails, they finally responded saying that I “accepted a promotional offer” which skipped the trial and triggered the charge. This was not clearly communicated during the process and is highly misleading.

They also refused to issue a refund, claiming that I had used coins — even though I only used the platform briefly to test it.

Because of this, I had to contact my bank and file a dispute. My card had to be permanently blocked due to this issue.

This experience feels like a misleading “free trial” trap that leads to immediate charges without clear user consent.

I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when adding payment details on this platform.

I was unexpectedly charged £71 after claiming coins, which I believed was part of a trial. The subscription terms were not clear to me at the time, and the charge came as a shock.

I cancelled immediately and followed their refund instructions. To be fair, I did receive a refund, but the initial charge and lack of clarity were frustrating.

Be very careful when using this site — double-check any trial or subscription details before accepting offers.

There is no such thing as "free trial". It directly charges you for the annual plan, while the site offers no way to cancel the said subscription. Stay away.

DO NOT USE!!! I opened a free trial for a school assignment that required AI, despite my distaste for it. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. The "free trial" is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. It says "cancel any time", that is a lie. Every time I click "cancel subscription", it takes me back to the sign-in page and I cannot cancel. I am contacting my bank and PayPal support over this ordeal as well as CF support. I have heard from other users online that their support is terrible.

When I contacted their customer support, they admitted in writing that I was eligible for a refund. However, this is another trap: they deliberately provided a broken, fake refund link so I couldn't actually process it. After that, they stopped responding to my emails.

They set up these charges as 'pre-approved subscriptions' to trick PayPal's automated dispute system into thinking it's a legitimate transaction. This is a massive, highly organized scam. I have escalated this to PayPal's Fraud Department and my bank for a formal Chargeback.

Save your money, protect your PayPal account, and avoid this company at all costs!"

Another company trying to employ "creative" marketing schemes. Free trial is 30 days, or 10 downloads. Which usually take way less time than 30 days. After 10 downloads you get automatically charged $47 without any warnings or notices. I requested a refund and was denied. PayPal refunded the money after I provided the documentation. Beware, this company is already on BBB scam radar.
No matter how good the product is, such sneaky and dishonest practices only bring more damage to the business. I'll stay away.

You click free trial and they automatically charge you. then you open dispute about refunds and they are absolutely useless. opened a case 2 days ago and still no reply. this place honestly needs to get shut down. Edit : don’t pay through paypal if you decide it’s worth the risk. they side with this shit*y company

Multiple intentional traps for users. Free trial turned into an immediate charge of full year subscription without clear consent. Deliberately convoluted cancellation process. Was told via email that I could receive a refund then provided a link to do so which didn't work. This link had another deliberate trap which contained 2 buttons, one ("Refund") just looped back to the login page. The other ("Cancel") I didn't click as this was obviously the one the merchant wanted me to click, and noted in small print that my account would remain active and the subscription fee would still be charged. Avoid this company at all costs

It's scam. I didn't confirm my payment. but this system is auto charge money

am extremely disappointed. I wanted to try the "free trial," but before I even clicked the final "Confirm and pay" button, €56.87 was already taken from my PayPal account for an annual subscription I did not want.
I have screenshots proving the "Confirm and pay" button was still active while the money was already gone. This is a very misleading process. Their customer service is only responding with bots and hasn't provided a human solution.
I have not used the service or downloaded anything. I demand a full refund immediately!

This is a fraudulent platform. They tell you it's free trials but that's not the case. You are locked in for a $47 plan which you did not accept.

Craziest thing is that you can cancel your profile nor subscription which is a complete violation of privacy policy. class action law suit is looming

First, a “free trial” led to a £56.40 charge even though I did not knowingly sign up for a paid subscription.

Second, a £83.99 payment was clearly presented as a one-time purchase, but it actually activated a yearly subscription. This was not clearly disclosed.

Support refused to issue a refund despite clear evidence. Looking at other reviews, this appears to be a recurring pattern of misleading billing and subscription traps.

If you’ve experienced something similar, I’d strongly recommend raising a chargeback with your bank and reporting it to consumer protection authorities.

Like everyone else, I agreed to the subscription, and they charged me $47. I also accidentally topped up my balance by clicking the "Get coins now" button, and without any confirmation, they immediately charged me another $69.
I contacted support, and they refunded my subscription fee within an hour, and the accidental top-up fee within 24 hours.
The company isn't a scam, I believe; the logic is just a bit broken, and technical support needs to fix it.

Don't sign up. They steal money from bank account. They took my 56.40£

I actually really enjoyed using Creative Fabrica Studio — the AI tools are fun and the platform works well. That’s what makes this situation so disappointing.

I signed up for what was clearly presented as a free 30-day trial. While testing the platform for a few hours, I created some images. However, at no point did I knowingly agree to a paid yearly subscription.

To my surprise, I was charged €56.87 almost immediately. This felt very misleading, as I never intended to purchase an annual plan.

I contacted support right away, but Creative Fabrica will resolved this properly by cancelling my subscription and refunding my money. Thanks for this!

Der Kundenservice reagiert entweder gar nicht oder nur sehr langsam, und eine Rückerstattung wurde bisher nicht angeboten.

Ich finde diese Vorgehensweise nicht transparent und nicht fair gegenüber Kunden. Ich erwarte eine sofortige Klärung und Rückerstattung des abgebuchten Betrags.

Ich rate anderen Nutzern, hier sehr vorsichtig zu sein.

This is a fake subscription scam, the kind where they find clever ways to charge you when you think you're getting something free. In this case, it was a button labeled claim tokens that triggered a paid subscription without a clear purchase confirmation step. I contacted the company immediately and did not use the service. They refuse to give me a refund.

I was trying to find free AI video creation tools. I googled one of the options suggested and Creative Fabrica came up under the search results. I wish I had been paying closer attention, because I would have realized that it was a sponsored result and not the AI I was looking for.

They did end up having a video AI creation tool and a free trial, though. I clicked the free trial, and it connected to my PayPal. After that, a pop-up appeared on my screen, asking me if I wanted to claim my credits. Credits or tokens are normal in the AI space, especially for free services. I clicked to claim them and realized, a second too late, that it said in fine print that the credits were not part of the free trial.

It did NOT take me to a second screen to confirm the purchase. Instead, money was immediately pulled out of my PayPal after clicking the button. The free trial is the bait to get you to connect to PayPal, and then they hope that you don't look closely at the button you're pushing for the credits. After that, they can charge you for a yearly subscription you didn't want. And there's no way to fix it.

I emailed them repeatedly, and they canceled the subscription but did not refund the money. This was all the same night, too. I acted immediately. I contacted PayPal. Creative Fabrica told me they can't refund me while we're in the middle of the dispute with PayPal. This is total nonsense, of course.

The entire thing is constructed to make you think you're getting a free trial and then confuse you into pushing the wrong button. I have not used any of their services. I'm going to do everything I can to get that money back because I'm angry and very broke.

However, I suspect many people just give up and let them keep the 47 dollars rather than go through bureaucratic purgatory with PayPal.
