I purchased AgilePM course from Study365 after lengthy discussions and consultations from Gavin. Initially I had a doubt about the course quality as I checked demo from a few other training providers but after I reviewed Study365 e-learning course demo i impressed with quality it has which is far beyond others. Then I was offered good price by course advisor Gavin and enrolled to the course without further thinking. I have to say, I made right decision and I enjoyed every topic of the course. Excellent video tutorials and Tutor Gerry is doing it great with his unique teaching styles and depth knowledge of the subject. Found several case studies which are very useful to understand complex topics and quizzes and mock exams helped me to rewind what I learned.

A Better course than I thought

After I had several discussion with Gavin, I purchased Business analysis foundation and practitioner course with a good expectation as Course advisor Gavin explained. Later I realise it is even better than what he explained. The course material fantastic with highly engaging video tutorials, mock exams, case studies and practice options. Tutor Tina was also good helping my questions. I received my exam registration information and expecting to sit for the foundation exam toward end of this month. I am excited to sit the foundation exam

Definitely solid e-learning courses

Definitely solid e-learning course materials to dig deeper into ITIL. The case studies and scenarios were helpful when it comes to practically applying my skills. I enjoyed every module of the course and Tutor Ian is doing this course very presentable manner that make us easy to understand everything he explains. I completed foundation exam easily and currently doing DPI module of the ITIL pathway. If tutor support improved further, this course 100% perfect 🀩 to everyone

Extremely detailed courses with good accessibility for different learning styles

I have found Study365 courses to be fantastic. They are extremely detailed and offer students different modes of learning, I am really pleased with the recent addition of video material as I am a visual learner myself. Would recommend this platform for anyone who has a love for continuous learning and development .

I gained a very good understanding of business analysis

I gained a very good understanding of the advanced concept of business analysis. There were some complex parts but overall the course material and video tutorials were pretty good and I was able to pass Practitioner exam at first attempt. This course just wasn’t for pass the exam and it provided lot of insight how to practice as a business analyst in real business environment. Thanks for offering a great resources.

Absolutely appalling - read the most recent reviews, familiar story

Absolutely appalling experience with Study365. I purchased the PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner programme with exams in March 2023 which was 6th - they were very communicative, professional and forthcoming at this point (of course they were, I was paying nearly £1000). I was granted access to the online material quickly so no problem to begin with.
After paying the balance in June/July I requested exam vouchers. Very very very long story short they repeatedly fobbed me off and never provided the vouchers. When a year had passed since starting and unable to fulfil the original contract they transferred me (free of charge) to the 7th edition. I was willing and actually pleased to do so since it meant I’d be getting the most up to date qualification.
I was assured my exam vouchers would be available immediately (since, you know, I’d already studied for a solid year so planned to just whizz through the existing info and learn the new module which had been added to the 7th edition). I logged onto the new programme, didn’t like the content or format as much as the old one - poor quality- riddles with mistakes and felt chaotic jumping around different areas - but it was a means to the end. I requested the accompanying materials and exam voucher but yet again, a string of excuses and now we’re 19 months in, they haven’t provided any vouchers nor have they supplied the ‘supporting materials’ literally listed on the dashboard and referred to throughout the content (another horrendously long and frustrating story about a techy glitch in the system, unprecedented demand, blah blah blah).

At that point I’d absolutely had enough, I couldn’t apply for the job role I wanted nor any others I’d seen because I didn’t have the qualification needed so sought advice and formally requested a full refund under the consumer rights act 2015 - 27 times via email and phone - and predictably Study365 have not answered the phone nor responded on email with the exception of one single reply giving a copy and paste apology about the issue.
Im basically no further forward or closer to gaining the qualification than I was over a year and a half ago and to make it worse, rather than just apologising and giving me a refund I’m now having to take formal legal action to claim back my money. So frustrating and so unnecessary.
Dreadful, frustrating, god awful experience that I would not wish on anyone, and could’ve been very easily rectified had Study365 just responded and done the right thing.

Update 16/10: in regards to your response, I have emailed you dozens of times and now sent a recorded letter to your premises. You could just reply to those and action my request and omit further need to ‘trace’ me. Thank you.

Update 26/11: I’ve sent 2 recorded letters, as advised. detailing my intent to claim my refund via legal channels. No acknowledgement, no reply.

Update 11/01: I’ve made a claim via small claims court. Given their past behaviour I should have predicted this outcome, but nonetheless find myself utterly disappointed and at a loss as to how they believe their ‘service offering’ is a tenable one. What a shambles of a so called ‘business’.

There were a lot to take

There were a lot to take in but the course materials were good with simple, relatable scenarios to help me understand the sometimes complex subject matters well. Received my exam voucher and hoping to sit foundation exam soon. Appreciate customer service quick responses to my queries.

Awful Service

We are a company that is putting multiple people through training with Study 365. Each member of staff has experienced the same level of awful service.

We have not been able to get any information from the company around when the vouchers will be granted so that we can take the exam.

Please see below for a summary of the issues we have faced.
1) The course was for an older version of the syllabus with some significant differences to the exam that was then current (version 3.something, when the syllabus was on V4.1 as of January 2023).
2) Expectation was an exam voucher
3) They collected personal data for the purpose of booking the exam via the online form
4) Delays issuing exam vouchers:
“I apologise for the slight delay in sending your exam voucher. We've experienced a high volume of voucher requests recently, causing a brief processing delay. Rest assured; we're working hard to fulfill your request promptly.
If you wish to extend the course material access period, kindly refer to the below course extension option available to you.
aid option (£24 for 30 days)” - Money making angle?
5) When we pursued it, they wanted to switch to booking the exam for us, to be sat remotely at home, requesting more personal information again in email to make the bookings – address, phone number, two forms of ID (see screenshot below).
6) They required booking the exam on a date at least 5 days after the course finished – so the materials would not available for study in the run up to the exam – but there’s an option extend the course for a small fee (£24 per person for 30 days)!
7) I couldn’t find Study 365 as a registered partner for BCS, they use a company called Questionmark so the PII would presumably go from Study 365 to Questionmark(?)
8) When we pushed back about the ID they later said didn’t need the personal data any more – so were requesting it when they didn’t need it?
9) Doing a remote exam requires installing a zoom plugin to monitor your machine

I would like to say to the company,
As stated in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. In my opinion, you did not use reasonable care and skill when you provided this service. I am requesting that you either fix the problem or provide me with a price reduction."

Avoid at all costs - Possible SCAM

I purchased the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification + Official Exam in July last year. Despite seeing some negative reviews, I was swayed by the numerous positive ones and assumed the course would be satisfactory.

Upon accessing the content, I was immediately disappointed. The PowerPoint presentation accompanying the presenter was poorly constructed, riddled with spelling mistakes, and featured out-of-focus diagrams. This significantly detracted from the learning experience.

As I neared the end of the course and completed the form to receive my exam certificate, I encountered the true nature of Study365. Their response was initially patchy and soon turned into complete radio silence. I now believe this company never intended to provide an exam certificate. Based on my subsequent research, I am convinced this is a scam.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The positive reviews are either generated by AI or paid for by companies that specialize in creating fake reviews.

--------------- UPDATE -------------
After posting on 30th September, and following up with a final email, I have today received an email and call to confirm that my exam voucher will be issued in 24 hours and that I will be granted an additional 120 days access to the course content. So I will wait and see if they deliver after over 4 months of waiting.

Note to anyone in a similar situation, post on Trustpilot and email them this "As stated in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. In my opinion, you did not use reasonable care and skill when you provided this service. I am requesting that you either fix the problem or provide me with a price reduction."
