Really easy to access and informative course. A really good way to learn from the comfort of your home and very affordable!

I just finished the lean six sigma ultimate certification course package and it was a good learning journey with Study365 over 1 year time. The practice exams made a big difference for gaining good results for each belt. I thankful to tutor Stratos for delivering good and depth knowledge he has.

I seek around for a good provider before coming across the BCS BA practitioner course. The video tutorials were very good and the content was clear and straightforward. The Course price is affordable and quality is much beyond the price.

I appreciate how the customer service agent Becky took the time to explain things to me clearly and guided me for the very good solution for my course assessment procedure. Also I would like to thank for my tutor Charlotte for her support and encouragement.

I purchased a PRINCE2 course back in January 2024. I have been requesting my exam voucher ever since, however, they keep coming up with excuses to not give it to me. Now my course's time limit is coming up soon, and I am still unable to take my exam. I am deeply disappointed that they have now begun to ignore all of my emails and phonecalls.

Edit: I have received my exam voucher now. I will amend my review accordingly after I complete the course.

The tutor Ian knew his stuff well and explained everything nicely, so I could fully understand the ITIL concepts. The course had solid materials dig deeper into ITIL. Specially tutor Ian is excellent on his knowledge and teaching approach.

I found the course content is valuable and well structured. The tutorials were detailed and informative, yet easy to understand each module. Enjoyed beginning to end!

My name is Corinne, and I recently completed the PRINCE2® 7 Practitioner Course: Ultimate Edition course with Study 365. Overall, I found the course content to be comprehensive and well-structured, offering a solid foundation for the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam. The course materials were clear and easy to follow, making the complex concepts of project management much more approachable.

However, I feel there’s room for improvement, especially when it comes to exam preparation. While the provided mock exams were helpful, I found them somewhat limited. To ensure better preparation, I believe more mock exams should be included, covering a broader range of scenarios to help learners feel more confident for the real exam.

Additionally, the process of receiving the exam voucher took longer than expected. I had to wait over a month and follow up several times before it was finally issued. A faster and more streamlined process in this area would certainly improve the overall experience.

That said, the customer service team was responsive and helpful throughout, ensuring my issues were eventually resolved. With a few tweaks, particularly in the availability of mock exams and the voucher delivery process, this course could offer an even stronger learning experience.

It was a great experience for me taking Study365's e-Learning course about the Equality Act 2010. The materials are easy to understand, and I was able to understand the legal issues covered by this statute without difficulty. The materials include many examples which helping me to decipher the difficult legal concepts. I love it.

Update: Received an email last week saying that the exam voucher would be issued within 24 hours and haven't heard from them since. Even more disappointed after breaking yet another promise :(

Avoid at all costs!!!

They took my money and for 5 months I've been trying to schedule an exam but they keep saying there's an issue. Now they've stopped replying.

Calls to their customer support are number are ignored go to a mailbox. Use this company if you want to exchange money for frustration. Otherwise, there are plenty of other providers who actually provide the service they offer

Update after the reply: I truly appreciate you finally responding although it's very sad that this only happens after a public message. You have my contact details. You know who I am. You can respond to one of my many emails or better yet, just send the exam voucher or a full refund. This is not only a headache for me but for my multinational organisation who is sponsoring the certification. This is having a negative impact on both Study365 and PeopleCert as we need to alert all people in our organisation to avoid these businesses.

Study 365 Microsoft Excel A-Z course is great . I am really happy with study 365 company as their customer support team is very helpful and if you need help you will get a quick response. I am looking to start some other courses too.

Currently I am doing level 3 education and training course from Study365 and receiving excellent support from my mentor Philip as well. He is very quick and always provides constructive feedback for my assessments which is very useful for me to improve my assessments.

It is pleasure that I passed AgilePM practitioner exam last week and happy to offer 5 star review to study365 for offering amazing course and excellent support throughout the course. I passed its foundation exam a few months ago by doing the course same with Study365. My course tutor Gerry is very supportive and knowledgeable person on the matter. Course content is top notch and well structured that easy to study. Mock exams and comprehensive case studies were very helpful for my exam preparation. Highly recommend Study365’s AgilePM online course and I am sure you may not find an e-learning course in that quality for AgilePM. Specially course tutor Gerry is doing it very well blending with his knowledge and experience of Agile Project management.

Avoid them, their course content is trash and misleading. Just a pre recorded video from years back having to form of relevance from the prince2 actual exams. Avoid them, it's a total waste of time and money.

Study365 is an excellent e-learning website. I successfully completed PRINCE2 Agile foundation and practitioner certification courses with study365. Both courses were very useful for the exam preparation and enhance the knowledge about Prince2 and Agile Project management methodologies.
