I think your Motorola RAZR 2020 cases are Great !!!

Order error and it was not taken care of. Have an item that can't be used.

Ordered IPhone 6 case - received case for IPhone 6s Plus - mis-labeled as case “for IPhone 6 6s Plus” - customer service representative refused my request for exchange - offered refund subject to return policy - and demanded additional payment of purchase price to deliver case for IPhone 6. Seller should have authorized exchange because problem caused by misleading item description confirmed by misleading label on item delivered (“for IPhone 6 6s Plus”).

When I realized I had ordered the wrong phone case it was quick, easy, and stress free to the right one.

In the description it was saying how strong and reliable it is, but when I got the phone case, it was cheap plastic that I would never put on my phone so therefore it was a total total waste of my money.
If you think your product is that good then you should honor customer service and make your customers happy by giving them a refund or send them a different item you think might change their mind.

Looks like leather and feels like it too. Easy to "install" and doesn't pop off when I drop my phone.

Styleeo had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. It was a gift that was loved. The whole process was easy and the delivery was prompt with plenty of time to spare. Could not have been happier. Thanks.

This case only attaches to the phone on the upper part and the bottom part remains loose. It is very cumbersome to handle and operate. I tried to return it but they wanted me to send it to Australia for a refund. The shipping alone costs more than the case and it is non-refundable! The case itself is high quality but unusable under this condition.

I have received numerous compliments and subsequent inquiries about where I bought this case. NO unsightly, irritating clasp and the folio design flops closed when you store it or place it down, aided by the built-in magnet. Really convenient and the case protects not only the face of the phone in most cases from breaking should you drop it but also protects the back.

I ordered a case for a samsung A series phone, which I though would fit all A phones...my fault. They did not give measurements in the description. I checked the return/refund policy and they offered a money back guarantee....but they did not disclose that your returns had to be sent to Australia and there would be a restocking fee. So in returning the case, I would see no refund. Also, I might mention that I found you can buy the same case for under $10 direct from the megshi company that styleeo is charging $39 for. This company is a true rip-off. Do not buy from them. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and cannot afford to buy another one.

Ordered a flip case cover for my Samsung note 9...took a few a weeks to arrive. Looked good and fit well BUT immediately noticed that my S Pen thats stored in the phone would not charge and became disconnected or not synced with phone. Turns out that the magnets on the front and back of the came interfere with the phones normal operation when it comes to the S-pen. This means every note 9 case they sell creates problems a ith rhw phone. Vijay at styleeo says it not their problem and is blaming Samsung.....Vijay also said its not their problem that accessories are affected....how is it that the S pen that came with the phone and is stored inside the phone is an accessory. I simply asked foe a refund and a paid return label....they said its not their problem and sorry to disappoint.
Pretty crappy customer service overall. This is not about the 20 bucks but the principle. If you make a defective product that is 100% going to be an issue with the note 9 then its a crappie design and no ones problem except the company selling them. I'll be writing reviews on this company everywhere I can find them. Vijay....is it really worth 20 bucks to stand your ground on a defective product........Real customer service helps your business grow....anything else helps it die......so I guess we're going the anything else route......your choice Vijay!

A stylish and sturdy designed and crafted phone case.

I purchases a phone case although it took a while to arrive maybe 3 weeks.
I made a wrong selection wrong case.
I emailed and at first looked like it was too bad for me.
Styleeo came to the party . I posted my wrong case covering back. I received new one just other day.
It's a good case. The problem was my selection.

High quality product. Made well and exactly as described. Time to receive was a little long. Would order this company’s products again. Wish they offered a cross-body shoulder strap.

Never received package and it’s been almost 2 months

This case did not provide an ample hole in the back to accommodate the iPhone 13 pro's three lenses.
