At the time of your order, we had an external customer service team managing our communications. Unfortunately, their lack of responsiveness and difficulty in handling certain requests – like your refund – led to delays and confusion. We've since brought all customer service back in-house to ensure faster, clearer communication and better support for our customers.

Your order was also placed during a peak period, and while that’s no excuse, we've since improved our processes significantly. Orders during high-demand times are now dispatched within 7 days.

We take pride in our products and customer service – something reflected in the 100+ 5-star Google reviews we’ve received. We're sorry this wasn’t your experience, but we’d love the opportunity to make it right and show you how things have changed.
