Ordered shoes. Assumed they were men's shoes. Discovered when they sent me receipt they were woman's shoes. Immediately emailed. Took 36 hours to respond and said it was "too late to stop shipment". 10 minutes later I get notice from FedEx they are shipping the wrong shoes. Now I am out shipping costs and have to drive to vendor to return. Response times are unacceptable and no ability to deal with live person

Have continued to order for my partner for over 5 years now. Always great quality and any unwanted items have been so easy to return/replace.

My husband ordered one of the blazers from here for me but chose the wrong size. Their customer services were so helpful to him in getting the correct size sorted for me. I love the blazer soooo much I’ll definitely be getting more colours

I ordered a handbag and it was too small. They said to send the item back with the original packaging which I have done. I got an email to say that because the tag had been taken off they couldn’t resell it and they’d send it back to me. This was over 2 weeks ago and they’ve failed to respond to any emails and I’ve not received the bag. Avoid at all costs

Sent a blazer back and i haven’t received a refund in weeks .And I’ve emailed and phoned and no one answered

I am updating my review but I can’t change the title. The title says “disappointed”. However, I am not disappointed anymore.

I ordered so much from Styleofbeyond and will order again. Their inspired bags are better than the originals. They are 7 out of 5 stars.

They tell you when they ship your item. They tell Royal Mail to email you the time and date when they deliver. They always deliver their items within 3 working days or earlier.

I only had one order where there was an issue. Customer service resolved it with no headaches and gave me a piece of mind.

Awful customer service and still no refund 😩 I returned a belt as I couldn’t even do it up properly. I had to take the tags off to try it but returned them in the packaging, you can see it’s never been worn. I didn’t hear anything from them so emailed to ask if they’d received my return, they said they had but nothing they could do as tags weren’t attached! I sent an email back explaining two weeks ago but again no response so I’m a belt and refund down would never use them again

I’m so pleased with the quality and fast delivery! I ordered two sizes as I wasn’t sure which would be best so emailed to return once I knew which one fitted. A lovely lady responded within a few hours with how to get a label and I got my refund a few days later. Just about to get another blazer. Can’t get enough!

I called for some sizing advice on the blazers and spoke with Keri. She was so lovely and helpful and even included a hand written note in my order which was such a lovely personal touch and surprise. I got a pair of shoes, two blazers, a belt and a bag and they’re all amazing! I did return one of the blazers in the end as I felt it was too similar to a colour jacket I already have but the quality was fantastic for the price. My return was processed just as quickly as my delivery which was super fast. For a website I’d never heard of before I was so impressed! Will definitely be back 🥰

My sister asked for one of the scarves from here for her birthday so I thought I would order myself some things at the same time. I was so impressed with everything and how quick it came! The scarf for my sister was such good quality for the price. So soft and luxurious feeling. Think I need to get one for myself now. I got myself a blazer and belt and they also are just stunning. Thanks to my sister I've found a new fav shop!

I've ordered a few times now and am always so happy with my purchases. All the ladies that work there are so helpful especially when it comes to sizing. I stupidly ordered the wrong size shoes on my recent order and they helped me sort the return and correct size quickly in time for my weekend trip. Thanks so much again. Failed to give refund for perfectly returned item. Had to involve PayPal in the end…….still waiting for style of beyond to comment and refund. Communication is terrible.

First time purchase from Style of Beyond. I am so delighted with the Blazer. It fits really well definitely a statement piece and one of the ten basic items you should invest in, to compliment your wardrobe. Customer service was excellent and I am already looking to buy my next one ☺️
