Their customer service is very bad they have written low price on the shoes and when we go to the counter the price is doubled

I've recently received my beige causal sneakers. Quality was 10/10 but the colour of sole was a bit different from overall sneaker's colour.

Stylo team is highly unprofessional, never submit order with them.There whole team is group of scammers they are not refunding my payment for cancelled orders.I am submitting charge back with bank soon

I recently bought mocassin. The Mustard Mocassin (as stated) is such a pathetic product. The color, the material used and quality are very bakwas.

Place order. Never got order, no replies to email. This is a scam company!

Recently i ordered shoes from stylo and received a whole different product and quality was too bad. And pathetic customer service. I sent them email regarding this and haven’t received any response from last 24 hours.

1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with Stylo*

I recently purchased from Stylo, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The quality of the product was subpar, and the sizing was inaccurate.

Previously, I had purchased a similar product from ECS, which exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and sizing. In contrast, Stylo's product fell short.

What's even more disturbing is that Stylo claims to offer high-quality products at premium prices, but their 50% off sales are just a tactic to dispose of inferior products. You can easily find better alternatives at KB for a fraction of the cost.

*Reasons for disappointment:*

1. Poor quality materials
2. Inaccurate sizing
3. Overpriced
4. Misleading marketing tactics

*Would not recommend*: Stylo has lost my trust, and I will never purchase from them again. If you're considering buying from Stylo, think twice and explore better options.

I order a name cuffling ...they even cant make both the same ...huge difference...very poor experience..finishing is very poor quality ...

I got a watch for my daughter from nazimabad branch. I went to luckyone for some shopping and bought couple of shoes from stylo and showed them watch with tag and unused condition to either exchange it or adjust watch price in my today shopping. But thy said u need to go to nazimabad branch... what the hell its same shop why can't u do it... worst experience worst manager

Poor quality

I recently had a very positive experience purchasing from Stylo during the Eid occasion, when they offered significant discounts. I bought a pair of Stylo FR5164 shoes, originally priced at PKR 4,000, for just PKR 1,960 due to the Eid discount. It was remarkable to get such a high-quality, uniquely designed sandal at such an affordable price.

My experience with Stylo shoes has consistently been excellent. The shoes feature strong, durable soles and superior build quality, ensuring long-lasting wear. The finishing is also impeccable.

I highly recommend Stylo shoes to all my friends in college. Stylo is a great brand for the Pakistani middle class, providing high-quality shoes at very reasonable prices.

i have shopped stylo two times and both shoppings were not according to wjat i orderd..its a big name but i was amazed to see there was not the same item which i orderd in my parcel they just put the the same order number or other item and deliverd me ..miserable ..i am never gonna trust stylo online again

I had very bad experience, I purchased a shoes in sale from liberty branch on just wearing single time , the heel got separated from that foot wear. On complaining they refused to change while I was saying that just change the peace not the article, they were stubborn on there statement that they can't change, and keep my footwear for repair after 15days I got it back and after wearing it for two hours just in which I didn't walk much again it's broken.
Stylo is making fool people with sale they are selling expire footwear on sales. Infront of them 1500 doesn't worth coz we purchase that 3000 shoe in sale.....

We ordered sale items. On arrival we have been told you have to pay full price.what a rip off company.

Stylo is work harder but the team is it getting their goals because of shoe quality
They can do better

Love the consistent sales by Stylo but the brand is compromising on quality a bit these days
