I am delighted and highly satisfied with the service I received. The Dental Clinic team is highly qualified, with over 10 years of experience. They exceeded my expectations in terms of the results I achieved, giving me the perfect smile.

I had extensive dental reconstruction at this dental clinic and I must say that my experience was very positive.

I chose the clinic mainly because they did not pressure me from the beginning, unlike some other clinics. I felt that they were not only interested in a quick decision for the patient, but also in understanding the whole situation and finding the right solution not only for aesthetics, but also for the bite and overall functionality.

Before the procedure, they were happy to answer all my questions. It was not just a general explanation of how the reconstruction would take place, but also specific details, for example, which teeth would be separate and which would be connected to the bridge. This was very important to me, because I wanted to know exactly what would be done and why.

I also really appreciate their approach to materials. At other clinics, I often only encountered general explanations like “German material”, without a precise description. Here, on the contrary, I had a very good feeling, because we talked specifically about modern materials that are on the market today and what would be suitable for my case.

In my case, we solved monolithic layering, which allows a smooth transition of shade and transparency and ensures a more natural appearance without the need for ceramic veneering. This was also important to me because it reduces the risk of ceramic chipping.

I arrived from abroad and I only speak Spanish and Czech, so clear communication was very important to me. The clinic helped me a lot in this regard and also provided me with an interpreter, thanks to which I better understood the entire course of treatment, the treatment plan and individual steps. This gave me more peace and confidence.

I also evaluate the organization of the entire trip very positively. The clinic provided me with a transfer from the airport and back to the airport. At the same time, I was offered several hotels in the vicinity of the clinic and also help with possible accommodation reservations. For a patient traveling from abroad, such help is very important and significantly reduces the stress of the entire trip. (I arranged accommodation myself, I am a member of the Genius program from Booking and I have discounts)

I also evaluate the price transparency very positively. The price was very similar to the estimated price that the clinic had given me in advance. They also clearly explained to me in advance the possible additional charges for root canal treatment or retreatment of previously treated root canals, for a fixed and pre-agreed price. I consider this very fair, because many clinics do not clearly state these things in advance and the patient may then encounter hidden fees.

Everything was stated here in a straightforward manner. After the examination, of course, it was up to the doctor to decide which teeth needed to be prepared, retreated or otherwise treated before the crowns were placed. I felt that the decisions were made based on the actual condition of my teeth, not based on an attempt to increase the price.

I must also mention that the clinic gave me two root canal treatments for free, which is definitely not a given and not every clinic will offer something like this to a patient. I really appreciate this approach.

From the beginning, I felt that I was in good hands. The staff was helpful, accommodating and tried to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel calm and safe.

I really appreciate the work of the doctors, their care, patience and professional approach. The whole process was a big decision for me, but the clinic helped me to handle everything with confidence. The clinic environment felt modern, clean and well organized.

The result is very important to me and I am really very satisfied. The new teeth look beautiful, natural and overall they have given me much more self-confidence.

I would like to thank the entire team of the clinic for their professional care, human approach, patience in explaining, fair dealing, excellent organization and great work. I can sincerely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental treatment in Istanbul. JAN

Habe bei Suave Dental-Clinic in Istanbul, 2 Implantate einsetzen- und 6 Monate später entsprechende Zahnkornen einsetzen lassen. Behandlung im Dezember 2024.
Das obere Implantat löste sich bereits nach 1 Woche, als ich wieder zurück Zuhause war, so dass ich hier erneut einen Zahnarzt, zum. Erneuten nachziehen, aufsuchen musste. Kein Jahr später fiel mir besagtes Implantat aus. Es löste sich zuerst wieder und fiel dann komplett aus.
Sehr verärgert über diese miserable Arbeit, habe ich Kontakt mit Suave aufgenommen und um Rückzahlung des Betrages für besagtes Implantat, Zahnkrone und angeblichem Knochen Aufbau Behandlung gebeten. Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass gemäss hiesigem Zahnarzt, überhaupt keine konoche Aufbau -Behandlung durchgeführt wurde. Ich wurde aufgefordert, das ausgefallene Implantat und Zahnkrone zurück in die Türkei zu senden. Dann ging das riesige Theater erst los. Erste eingeschriebene Sendung wurde einfach nicht angenommen. Fazit Brief kam zurück. Porto sfr 14.50....dann aufgefordert via DHL zu senden über Deutschland. Porto über 30 Euro!... Dann kam nauf ständige Nachfrage, dass Zoll einen angeblichen Betrag von 120 Euro verlangen würde. Es blieb mir nichts anderes übrig als den angeblich geforderten Betrag zu übernehmen, in dem ich sagte, es sollte vom rückgordertem Betrag abgezogen werden... Fazit: nach monatelangen warten wurde mir jetzt der Betrag von 187 Euro!!!! ... überwiesen. Dies weil angeblich ein Implantat jediglich 305 Euro kosten würde....komisch jedoch, dass ich für 2 Implantate und angeblichem Knochen Aufbau rund 1500 Euro bezahlt habe. Das kann ich mit Rechnung von Suave beweisen.... Nie mehr diese Zahnklinik...das grenzt an Betrug und der Nachgeschmack für Abzocke bleibt bestehen.... Würde allen dringend für eine Behandlung in dieser Zahnklinik abraten!
