I honestly regret ever signing up for Success.ai because the entire experience felt like a massive bait-and-switch where my subscription fee was taken without any professional accountability. The lead lists I downloaded were a mess of dead emails and fabricated entries that are completely useless for any real business growth. Even worse, their total disregard for GDPR protocols is a huge red flag for anyone who values data privacy and legal compliance. It is essentially a platform that charges premium prices for garbage data, and I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear before they waste their capital on such a high-risk service.

Avoid Success.ai at all costs because the platform is managed by unprofessional individuals and operates like a total money grab, providing nothing but fake and outdated data that will inevitably damage your sender reputation. Beyond the poor quality of the leads, they show a blatant disregard for GDPR compliance and data privacy standards, making the service both a financial risk and a legal liability. Save your budget and your sanity by looking for a legitimate, transparent alternative that actually respects international privacy laws and delivers real value.

Better platforms out there. Support wholly unqualified and struggling development team turns a decent idea into a nightmare pretty quick.

I reached out to this company to inquire about their service in November 2024 after some correspondence with one of their representatives he offered me a trial to test the service out. I paid him $300. He indicated you’re just testing the service out if you decide you wanna keep the service just let us know. I tried it out. It was OK did not utilize the service couple of months ago received an invoice stating it is time to renew your service. We’re gonna charge you $1000. I responded to the email. I did not sign up for any service or any renewals yet this company charge my account $1000 for what I have no idea and they’ve been giving me the runaround regarding getting my refund. Not sure if someone from the company is gonna see this, but this is not how you do business and it should not take longer than 48 hours just to respond. It is currently going on three days and no one has responded letting me know if my refund has been processed.

Success AI has a great API for lead generation and I would love to use it for long term.

There was previously a bit of issue with the payment but it got solved in the end. Appreciate the genuinity of the team.
