This company was very informative and helpful. The response was timely to respond to questions and the staff was friendly. Knowledgeable and helpful with problem solving.

So annoying.. I have been using this for years and I loved it. Now the last month I try to get into my account and it sends me some pass number and the number never works. I have emailed the support a few time and their help does not work at all. I want my money back. Monica

This company calls me EVERY SINGLE DAY, and I tell them I'm not interested. They keep saying that they will put me on the Do Not Call List, but they don't.

So know, I just waster their time as long as possiblee and when it comes time for me to pay them, I say "Too much" and hang up the phone.

A total game changer.
I was a little skeptical at first because we have quite a few older customers and couldn't imagine them leaving a review but they have! And we keep getting reviews.

They keep calling me over and over. I am not interested I tell them. they call me from a phone number that is labeled with somebody else’s name. This company is a huge scam!!!!!!!

I singed up with them 3 months ago to request google review through their platform, after getting new reviews I would see my reviews on my google and within 24 hours the reviews would disappear, I didn't like that and I end up canceling their service, I got about 11 new reviews and some how magically they all just disapear, my business is 10 years old and my google account is that old and I have never ever had any problem until I connected my google to their platform, I got another new review from a Clientt last week and again next day was not there, I went to my account and it was showing all those reviews are there but it doesn't show in my google, because it was over the weekend I searched how to disconnect my google completely, I was able to do that and end up disconnecting hoping my reviews will show up in my google, nope! I called them today and told them what was happening and they completely denied that it has nothing to do with their platform, it shows then this much review and now this much, it shows in have 11 new reviews but then none is showing in my google only shows in their platform? odd, only one client left review directly on nice job the rest all left it on google, after I canceled with them ive got 5 new reviews and same thing, none shows up, the agent was very rude, I asked for the supervisor and she's telling me his out sick for today, then im like ok when I can call and she's like I don't know, just giving me bs response running away from giving me a straight answer, the way the agent behaved today shows how shady they are, im reporting them to BBB, stay away from these people, im posting these on other social media platform and warning business, you have no right to do this to anyone, this never happened in last 10 years and its not just im getting review, something is up and they're refusing to admit, im contacting my google manger to see what they have to say cuz the agent was blaming google for it, absolute joke these guys are.

I own three hair salons, and we started using NiceJob when we had just two. Back then, each location had about 150 Google reviews. Now, they're up to over 900 reviews each! Our newest salon started with NiceJob right from the opening and gathered over 500 reviews in under two years. It's a bit pricey and we don't use all the features, but for getting reviews, it's top-notch. Highly recommend if reviews are what you're after!

I would never use this company. The kid cold calling named Sean laughed in my face twice when I told him I did not contact him but to remove my name from his calling list. He argued with me, laughed in my face twice and had the nerve to ask why I was raising my voice to him. This young kid does not seem to know that respect is a two way street.

they are a bunch of rip offs they have don nothing for me but yet want to continue to take money from me, I dont even know what they are, or what they do, but they have the nerve to keep stealing my money when i dont even know what they do and im over it, theyre a bunch of scam artists

Very happy with nicejob. I used birdeye before and I can't see how they charge 4 times as much.
