Brilliant staff and my child loves going

My daughter has been having lessons with Sue's Swim School for a number of years now. She has grown in confidence and made excellent progress. She is now a confident strong swimmer. She looks forward to her weekly lessons every week.
The instructors have always been lovely and professional, providing encouragement support and competent teaching skills at all times.
The communication is excellent and the team are very prompt to respond to any concerns or questions. The progress platform is easy to access and navigate making it very easy to keep track of your child's progress and badge collections.
I would highly recommend Sue's Swim School to any parents looking for local swimming lessons.

What i love about Sue’s swim school is my son who is 3.5yrs old feels safe enough around the teachers and looks forward to his classes every week despite only having three classes so far. He originally was at a different swim school and i would have to get in with him and he would cling onto me for dear life. Its great that there are only a certain amount of kids to a class so its more one-to-one. Moving my daughter over from her current swim class because of this and hopefully she can thrive just as much as my son.

We’ve been with this swim school for two years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the progress my kids has made. They has been brilliant—not only improving swimming , but also gaining confidence in a wide range of water skills like forward rolls, sculling, and diving, etc.

The staff are always friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. They strike the perfect balance between making lessons fun and ensuring the children are learning and progressing at the same time. My child genuinely looks forward to every session.

Communication is another big plus—I always receive information quickly and clearly whenever needed. The online platform is also fantastic, allowing me to easily track my two kidsprogress and see them achievements over time.

We’ve been with this swim school for three years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the progress my child has made. Her development has been brilliant—not only improving her swimming strokes, but also gaining confidence in a wide range of water skills like forward rolls, sculling, and diving.

My son has made great progress at Sue’s Swim School from being a complete novice to now learning to master all of the strokes. The team are great at supporting every child in the lesson and we genuinely look forward to coming along each week.

I have three children, aged 10, 10 & 5 that currently swim at Chase Terrace. The staff are all amazing, keep you updated and they've all come on amazingly, would definitely recommend!

All three of my children attend Sue's Swim School. They have progressed well and thoroughly enjoy going to their lessons every week.

Sues swim school has helped both of my children learn vital life skills and made them so confident in the water. When my daughter first started, she was scared to let go of the side of the pool and wanted the instructor next to her the whole lesson. She’s now swimming independently, goes under water and continues to achieve lots of different awards. The teachers are kind and friendly. Andy has been great with all feedback we’ve given and Sara is the best with admin queries we’ve had.

Excellent swim school for children. Well tracked skill development and system of badges and rewards. Instructors are all lovely and knowledgeable. My son is becoming a really great swimmer. Thanks

My son initially had a fear of water at age 7. Beginning his swimming lessons was a big leap for him and with the support of the staff (Paige) & team he was able to overcome this fear & equally the fantastic shower facilities gave him the opportunity to learn to cope with his challenges with water.

We recently moved him to a different location, but he did not enjoy it, which shows how great the staff at Cardinal Wiseman are. He has moved up a class and progressing fantastically which has brought tears to my eyes watching him. Being able to watch him has also helped him and is valuable for me as a parent.

My children have benefited immensely from Sue’s swimming. The staff have been brilliant and the approachable. The team have always been prompt to respond to any concerns sent via email. Highly recommend this school.

The kids always look forward to their lessons at Sues. They’ve grown hugely in confidence. The staff are all extremely professional and communication has been excellent throughout. I would highly recommend Sues to anyone looking to get their kids into swimming.

We tried 3 different swim schools before finding Sue’s Swim School and none of them compare. My kids have grown in confidence, achieved awards/badges and have become strong swimmers. The teachers are great and really encourage the kids. Any questions I’ve had are always answered so quickly by Sara. She goes above and beyond to make sure the lessons work for us and I’ve managed to change days/times.

Sue’s Swim School has been fantastic in building my daughter’s confidence in the water. The staff are friendly, supportive, and create a fun, encouraging environment every lesson. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

My son has been attended Sue’s swim school for the last 3 years and now he has progressed to Life Guard Academy. We are please with the service that’s provided and how quick our questions and concerns are dealt with. The sessions support overall progress and the coaches are very supportive.

Absolutely fantastic swimming school!
Our children are with Sue Swim School about 4 years now and they just loving swimming days. Our son was struggling on the beginning as he isn’t really sporty child but he has made so big progress. They love to collect all the badges and certificates as well and they are so proud with themselves as we are as well.
Definitely great school to start your kids swimming adventure, highly recommended!
