Been on the site for a year now.....receive many messages from women profiles - it costs YOU (credits) your money and NONE of them ever respond whatsoever to continue conversation. Fakes profiles, bots and possibly even corrupt company just looking for your $$ to buy credits.

If you use any of their 3 websites and are displeased with the service... they pretty much ban you. Anyways, if you can help it, use other friendly, more responsive, better criteria websites. Last but not least, their customer support is so sweet...I give them 0 stars for excellence. It's a good thing they read these things and respond so fast.

I am extremely frustrated with this company’s complete lack of customer service and transparency. I never intended to sign up for a subscription—I made what I believed was a one-time purchase—yet I am still being charged.
I have attempted to cancel my subscription online multiple times and receive an error every single time. I tried the live chat twice; both times I was told someone would respond within 11 minutes. I waited over 30 minutes each time and no one ever showed up. I also called twice, only for the call to disconnect with a message saying no one could take my call.
I have emailed twice to cancel and simply to get confirmation that my subscription has been canceled, but was charged again this month. This process should not be this difficult, and continuing to charge customers while providing no support is unacceptable.
I would strongly caution others before making a purchase. If you need help or want to cancel, there appears to be no reliable way to reach anyone.

Yes respons from several women but no one want to have a private call or write from mail they all wants you to send photos on the site and thats cost you money and they say lets write here= scam and you can not delete youre account 🤬

Signed up for the Canadian version. It shows a bunch of pretty girls nearby. You pay money for the site to get some credits.

You spend credits to send the first message to a girl or to accept a message from a girl. You can’t see the message before you accept.

I paid money and never received any message after the very first generic ‘hi’. Not even from girls who are verified and who are my « admirers ».

Looks like it’s either one big scam and all girls are fake/bots or your replies/initial messages aren’t visible to the girls without a ´boost’ that the site aggressively tries to sell you. I’m not willing to spend even more money to find out.

I had a very bad customer service experience. They never answer the phone, they never return your callS, they never reply to emailS.

The majority of women's profiles are fake. They have a team creating fake profiles and sometimes you will find the same profile in many different areas.

They ban SBs if they complain or have any questions. Then they seize your profiles to send out messages to SDs. I mistakenly reported an SD and was told the report was permanent and cannot be reversed. When I complained about this they banned me. Now you know they don’t care whether SDs can reach you, they only want to get your data to lure men to pay.

Total scam. As soon as you sign on several ladies "send you a message". You spend your money on credits to read the message. Same computer generated message. Send a reply and hear nothing. TOTAL SCAM

I have been on this side for a day, but it was awful. I got a lot of messages and most of men were just ridiculous and what they wanted.
Much older, really unattractive men, one wanted to have sex for four hours for $800, with anal and deep French kissing. He was an unattractive married Indian, another guy who is over 20 years my senior offered me meet and greet for coffee 40 minutes away from me.
I didn’t sign up with any expectation, but even my low expectations were bummed.
I think being a legitimate escort is much more lucrative and actually safer than this silly game they play

some real people mixed it but mostly a scam. You have to pay for everything including opening emails and you just so happen to get a bunch of those from the most attractive ones. But the interesting thing is they never looked at your profile, which is something you can see. I've responded to 6 of them and not 1 wrote back and i have another 25 in my inbox. I'm not going to pay to open them when I can see they never even looked at my profile.

Requested help from site managers three times with no responses.
Get alot of messages from women wanting to communicate, you need to pay to open their message, then you get no response from the woman. I think they auto send messages from local womens accounts so you need to pay more. I asked if they do this, but since they dont respond, i couldnt get an answer.
Other problems too. Just too much of a ‘money grab’ for me.

Site is most likely full of bots to get you to spend money. Once a match is made, around 9 out of 10 times the person will message you once and then ghost you.

Out of sheer curiosity, I also set up a second account because I suspected someone that I was talking to was either a paid actor to reel you in, or a bot. The second account got a message and a favorite from the person I had been trading messages with on the first account, and the second account had zero information filled out.

I've made 1 real contact with people after sifting through around 100 people that I've traded messages with. While this is probably the expected outcome for a male of average attractiveness, this isn't your typical dating site and money really does come into play here to incentivize people to make connections.

Update 1: I deactivated my account and the company behind the site has issued me a refund proactively without me asking. While my review still stands, their customer service in this situation has made me change my rating from 2 to 3 stars.

Site is very sketchy. I would go so far as to say that a large number of the sugar baby profiles are fake. I have no way to prove that, but it's obvious to me and I would bet 2 to 1 odds that this is the case. I could go into all the details of why my takeaway is that this site is a scam but it all goes back to fake sugar baby profiles.

The second big issue is that you cannot purchase a monthly membership; you can only message people once you purchase credits. You must then use those credits to message people whether they respond to you or not. The amount you're forced to pay just to ATTEMPT to open a conversation is ridiculous, particularly considering there is no guarantee that anyone will ever message you back. The issue gets compounded if it's true that many of the profiles you message are not even real.

You will find TONS of beautiful women on the site, somehow far more than its larger competitor (wink), interesting right? But in my opinion, and as many others have said, the overwhelming majority are not even real, and you will be required to spend a ton of money finding that out.

I would not recommend this site.

After a year's experience, mostly in the first few months of 2024, it's clear this is just a site for suckers. As others have said, upon joining, you get bombarded by messages, which you have to pay to read, and then you never get replies. Most of the profiles are clearly not based in my locality based on the photos (hint - we have winter), and lack of local descriptors, but then that's because these aren't real girls. If you look carefully, you'll see the girl in the verification video isn't the same as in the photos, and often the photos themselves are of different girls from photo to photo.

Complete scam. Made to make you use credits to see their msg, more credits to see their photos, More credits to see when they read your msg. After that they no longer contact you.

Shit scam, become a member for them to steal your profile and make bot profile

Decided to dip my toe in the waters of the whole SD/SB scene. Created a profile. Quickly received messages from maybe 15 women in my area. At least some of them appeared to be genuine because their profiles had ‘verification’ videos of them saying the (stupid) phrase ‘Let me be your secret’. It’s hard to fake the local accent around here.

You have to pay to unlock and read each message. Using the basic ‘introductory’ bundle of ‘credits’, that costs around $5 each time. The messages rarely say more than something boilerplate like: ‘hi, I’m interested in your profile, would you like to chat?’, so may or may not actually be generated by the women in question. You can only respond using the text message function on the site (which is supposed to be free, having paid the initial charge to read the message). You then invariably hear nothing further...just silence.

I was confused at first. Why would women, most of whom were flagged on the site as being ‘online’ at the time, be interested enough to take the initiative to ask you to chat, and then not follow up when you (more or less immediately) send them a positive reply? However, after this kept happening, time after time, with every single one of the women who purportedly messaged me, it became obvious that the whole thing is a massive scam to hoover up your money. Either the original messages are fake, or the text messaging function is completely bogus and your response never gets seen - I can’t prove which, but it’s one or the other.

If this company ever did provide a genuine service in the past, it certainly isn’t doing so now. Its only interest is in extracting as much money from you as possible until you realise there is no genuine contact to be made here and give up in annoyance. It’s a huge fraud, plain and simple. The people running it are clearly just trying to keep it going for as long as possible until some law enforcement body or regulator finally gets its act together and shuts them down. In the meantime, they’ll get fat and rich from offering you nothing at all other than the frustration of knowing you’ve been duped.

Avoid this site at all costs. And note that it’s the same operation as the site called ‘Secret Benefits’ with which it shares both a platform and all its profile information.
