Ordered two items in the sale. They were dispatched and apparently delivered, but nowhere to be found. They sent the proof of delivery image they had from Yodel - the package had been left in the RECYCLING BOX! on the road OUTSIDE the front of my property.(Not even on my property) Surprisingly enough, by the time I was notified of the delivery, it had disappeared. They refused to make a claim from Yodel or refund me my money. They clearly don't have a competent English speaker on email either - communication was torturous.
Avoid at all costs. There is zero customer service when anything goes wrong!

L’article que j’ai reçu (une veste kimono) ne ressemble en rien à la photo. Le tissu n’est pas celui annoncé et les dimensions non plus, c’est beaucoup plus petit.

I ordered a jacket and it was nothing like the item displayed on the website.
Clearly a con!
Do not order from this website!

I bought a cardigan and jumper from here costing €78.10. Neither item are wool as shown on their website. Neither item has puffy cuffs as shown on their website. The patterns are faded prints on cheap fabric. The jumper does not have a pollar neck as shown but a round neck. The cardigan length on each side of centre front does not meet in length. Their return policy is not worth the effort as they went to great lengths to advise and so they offered me a 25% refund instead. Daylight robbery and total scam.

L'article ne correspond pas du tout à la photo. Ni en qualité ni en couleur. Grosse arnaque établie.
