Do not order from this “company”. They are scam artists. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Take your money and do not send what you have purchased. I have tried emailing for months for something ordered in May 2023. They say it’s in transit and and to be patient. Say they can’t refund.

This company is a scam!! Ordered something in July. Constantly emailing them. They say be patient, it takes 3weeks !

Put an order in July 2023 and it's now November 2023 and still haven't received my order. Constantly emailing them and get the response of "please be patient we will resent your order." Have requested a refund but have not received a refund to date.

Avoid at all costs, order car cover months ago, never arrived emailed lots of times answer you get is coming from abroad please be patient. Was given a tracking number contacts royal mail was told that parcel had different name an delivery address. Email company again was told had to wait for parcel to be returned, which royal mail have. Still waiting for refund. Total scamming company

It is a scam, read all the reviews! I myself was also scammed by this company for a pool vacuum that I've been chasing ever since June! Twice they said they delivered it, but not to my address! I also keep getting the same crap answer and sorry for the delay crap!

Ordered in June, still not received it... was told it had been delivered in Warrington, they checked my address and told me it was resent... no tracking number issued, no order received and it is nearly the end of October. Requested a refund but doubt I will get it

Scam, very careful,I have ordered on July and my order didn't arrive. Just laying me all the time. Most of people received rubbish,or picture with order, it's absolutely disgusting. I don't understand how UK government permitted to happen this fraud.

ordered in June, still have not received the item. was delivered to the wrong person, they said they were going to send a new item but it still hasn't arrived. do not recommend doing business with them.here is the standard reply to company.

Ordered in July, now October and no delivery. Tracking showed it was delivered to Ryde on the Isle of Wight, and we are near Southampton on the mainland UK. This seems to be a pattern, reading the previous reviews. Keep getting told to be patient, that the courier (royal mail) is going to redeliver, and now told they will send a replacement if I don't hear in the next few days. I am not holding my breath and will have a go at a refund through card company.

Avoid ordering from this company, they are scammers and should be shut down
I order in july and I still havent received my item, it got sent to Wellington and Im on the south island, total lie, saying they will resend, I keep getting the same email response

Ordered a vacuum cleaner in July, never arrived into NZ. This IS A SCAM of the highest order and the generic email responses when the goods are being chased are fabricated, generic and simply untrue. They promise to resend with new tracking numbers and I have received the same responses as others. I have now referred to my legal team and forwarded all details to a New Zealand TV media company who follow up scams, where genuine purchasers have been blatantly ripped off. The owner of this company should be taken to court and ordered to refund all monies. I am amazed the UK authorities haven't handled this in view of all the negative publicity and comments. I hope the company director enjoys being brought to justice when the authorities step in.

No item that I ordered in May and we are now October emails back and forth of failed tracking and now dealing with my bank to get a refund and reporting to trading standards. They keep arguing that the delivery was made and won’t accept that I live in England not Ireland. Complete scammers avoid at all costs!!!

Complete fraud. Nothing arrives because the tracking numbers are for other names and addresses.
Should be arrested though I suspect they will be hard to find.
