Communication was good, refund prompt. Be prepared to have to send items back Royal Mail tracked as they request this. The skirt was see through and the body suit was very nice except it had a line in the centre as part of the design that didn’t really look right with trousers or a skirt. I would Probably be careful what I pick from them in future. Nothing like shopping for real really.

I am really happy with the dress I ordered. The quality is great and it fits just right. I also received good customer service when I contacted the store regarding my item. Definitely would recommend.

I ordered a beautiful white halter neck dress with gold beads. At first I thought that the material of the product would be cheap and tacky, and that the dress would not fit to size. However, it was excellent quality.
With reference to the delivery time period, there were no delays - I received my parcel within 3 days.
I will be purchasing from Sultress again, and recommending to my friends and family.

I emailed earlier this week to return my order. My order contained no return form. I am extremely angry and upset that I have not been sent this form yet. I will be contacting the Financial Ombudsman if you do not reply by the end of the week.
