I was struggling with overthinking, low confidence, and less self control. Even small situations used to affect me deeply. I would overreact, feal anxious and keep thinking about it for days. I was unable to respond confidently when others spoke to me, which made me hurt and led me into depression. Because of this, I couldn't even enjoy quality time with my son. Overthinking affected my memory as well, and I even had to depend on medication to cope.
At that stage, I was filled with fear about myself and my ability to raise my son properly. Then, through a friend madhuri, I came to know about Sumithra mam and decided to join bramhamuhurthum hub in April 2026, hoping for some change.
Within a very short period, with Sumithra mam guidance, I could see a clear transformation. My overthinking has reduced, my self confidence has improved and I am now able to control my fear and emotions much better. I am now able to spend happy and qualitative time with my son, which means a lot to me.
One of the biggest change is that within 10days of starting this journey, I stopped depending on medication. Earlier, I couldn't handle anxiety without it, but now whenever I face such situations, Sumithra mam helps me to overcome them. In this short journey itself, I have seen very positive results. I strongly believe that by continuing under sumithra mam guidance, I will achieve even greater growth.
