I have a frozen shoulder and used to suffer a lot. After joining a traditional fitness club, I am now happy and able to lift a 5 kg mudgar.
How traditional fitness reformed my life.
This traditional fitness class made me to get relief from anxiety, joint pain and knee pain . this class is very helpful.After my morning class I felt very energetic.

I am a female who loves weights. Mudgar is different. It humbled me and guided me to be it's friend of my daily routine with Mudgar Coach Meher. Awesome clarity from session-session. Yes, it is challenging as this is the ancient way of learning discipline, control, and strength our body knows and we are getting it into rhythm. Super grateful to finally do my dream workouts. and Mudgar Coach Meher is kind enough to help us through other areas of life with collaborations required acknowledging our well being.
7 days of practice by now and I am happy to see shift in taking responsibility, and stop underestimating my potential. The mudgar exercise also helped me to unlock the Gamma state for longer awareness period during meditation.

I was introduced to this as part of the retreat @Hampi (the home of our powerful Hanuman ji) It was an complete experience to loosen up and then do the mudgar followed by powerful meditations
Honestly on the first look was doubtful about it, as had a weak wrist but the guided and holistic approach helped me to overcome my fear of weak wrist which I held for more than a decade now I feel comfortable and doable and looking forward to my continued practice with the team
Thank you Meher for taking us through this practice with so much ease , look forward to having our traditional ways to help us back in having a happy healthy life

There is a magic in Kushal's exercises
There is a magic in Kushal's exercises. I had a knee surgery and enrolled on his program to manage my pain and improve mobility. To my surprise, after doing the exercises Meher recommended, I didn't have pain, whereas my typical physio exercises ended with pain. 2-3 months down the line, my mobility improved.
Also, there was one more incident where I had a minor fracture of my right hand when I went to one of his offline events. I wasn't sure if I could do the exercises, but I tried to do them to the best of my ability. And in 45 minutes, from not being able to hold the mudgar better to being able to clap both my hands.
If you are to improve your mobility, stamina and endurance, Kushal Yoga is the place to be in

Since 16-18months I m Facing Physical Fitness Challenge; due to Wrong Ciropractor I was Into Immense Pain in my Neck & Shoulders. 5-6 Vertebraeâs were Fractured & All others got injured. With Proper Doctor like Orthopaedic & Physio Therapist I got Healed Properly since last Year. Since 3-4 months I m allowed to do Some Physical Exercises.
