1 x pair of Spectacles.
The item arrived late, 10 days late in fact. When it arrived, packaging was shoddy, amazingly, the Glasses were undamaged.
I believe the glasses are of very poor quality, To me, it appeared that the glasses were of no better quality than you would buy from a Lidl or Aldi store, which has a single focal length.
I purchased this item with very little faith in the unit.
My Physics background told me it couldn't work, yet I was over zealous to learn of the Optical Technology, if in fact it ever existed???
I have forwarded multiple emails, to SummitOptics.com, seeking a full refund. Unsurprisingly, I haven't received a reply.
I do wish to pursue a full refund.

Still waiting after more than a month
I placed an order with Summit Optical more than a month ago and I still have not received my glasses.
I have contacted the company several times asking for an update. I do receive replies, but I keep being told that my order is “on its way.” Unfortunately, after more than a month, I am still waiting.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of clear information about where my order actually is and when I can realistically expect to receive it. I have been patient and have given the company plenty of time to resolve the issue, but at this point I am extremely disappointed.
I simply want the glasses I paid for or a clear and honest explanation of what has happened to my order.
I will update this review if and when my glasses finally arrive.

I would not recommend Summit Optics. I paid $35.70 for glasses that were blurry and did not work for me - I could not see the computer screen or long distances clearly. When I asked to return them, Summit told me I had to ship them to its warehouse in China at my own expense, with any customs fees also my responsibility. USPS quoted me $22.70 just for the return shipping, nearly two-thirds of the original order price.

I asked Summit to make an exception and give me a full refund without requiring this expensive international return. They refused. Their only alternatives were to pay to return the glasses to China and receive a refund only after delivery and inspection, or keep unusable glasses and receive a 50% discount code for another purchase.

Customers should understand this return policy before ordering. If the product does not work for you, returning it may cost a large part of what you paid. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Summit Optics again.

Received my glasses this morning
Very disappointed with them.
Cheap frame lens are compatible to Dollarama would sell . arrived in plastic Bag no case at all very different from advertising on you tube.

Very very bad experience....

Don't buy or throw your hard earned money , I have been ordered on 29th August, still I did not get my summit glass. After several reminder and emails they are saying it's delivered, even I have not received. Suggesting me to search with your neighbours, surroundings mean throughout UAE. However I have checked in my building and neighbors but could not get. I asked to summit share collection details , which they don't have , how one can trust if even they have dispatched or not.
My suggestion - don't buy anything from this site if you dont want lose your hard earned money.

Bought these glasses for my elderly parent who was having trouble with his sight, they sounded like a good product, in reality I received a cheap pair of basic low quality glasses, non chromatic, cheap plastic rigid frames, and questionable lenses, arrived wrapped up in a plastic bag, plus no free gift. Total rip off

inferior product that took 45 days to arrive.. advertised as a USA company but cheap Chinese crap.. lenses are not photocromatic at all communication is all auto bot meaningless lying dribble..DO NOT purchase from them total waste of money

Took well over a month before I even got my first email letting me know they where shipping the glasses. The glasses themselves are unwearable and you cant see anything thru them. Took two weeks for "customer service" pathetic to get back to me about a return. Horrible company to deal with.

This is a total scam. The glasses are useless and do not do what is advertised. Do not buy from this company. The website gives an address in Wyoming. But when attempted to return the glasses was told I would have to ship them back to China. Or I could keep the glasses( which are useless) and they would give me a 50% off coupon for my next order. Like I would even consider ordering anything else from this company

These glasses are horrible!!! They hurt your eyes and dry them out. You are better off with glass bottles. I sent an email to contact@summitopticsco. to get a return and refund 5 days ago but have not received a reply.

WARNING, do not buy from this company a complete scam. Absolutely disgraceful. Be aware you have been warned.

The glasses I ordered are rubbish, I returned them, this is not to USA but another false CHINA company, I am trying to get a refund but the returned glasses are lying in limbo at the Chinese customs apparently awaiting taxes to be paid. Do not fall for their false advertising on social media, you will lose you money.
I have been in contact with an "Allice" on emails that has been responsive but not helpful, I will take this as "School Fee's" as I keep telling my wife do not fall for the social media adverts, they are all a scam!!!

Totally useless, had better products out of Xmas crackers, don’t reply to emails so impossible to start a return for refund.
Glasses do absolutely nothing only completely blur your vision at any distance

The company offered so much but delivered terribly.
I received the glasses just wrapped in bubble wrap not even in a box. They looked unscathed so I tried them on only to find they are so blurry I can't see near or far.
I contacted the company and after 5 days they replied saying I could send them back but I would have to pay postage or I could keep them and 50% back. I opted to get the 50% back.
It turns out it's 50% store credit. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT ABOUT.
I have now told them I want to return them for a full cash refund. I will probably have to wait another 5 days for a reply. This company is terrible. Total rip off.

These glasses do not help with your vision they are unbelievable bad quality, i actually laughed when I opened the plastic bag they arrived in, they are worthless please don't waste your money, they are preying on people with sight loss

Do not buy they sent me the wrong glasses and will not refund my account on PayPal the phone number is wrong and they won’t refund they want me to pay to send back to China really there. Faulty and won’t stand behind their policies horrible customer service

Their multifocal glasses are just reading glasses nothing else. They do not follow their own returns policy or the UK distance selling directive and will not give a refund or provide returns label. . All UK platforms should take down this sales site now. Very foolish purchase on my part.

Beware they are fraudulent scammers. Goods are not as advertised. Advertised as a German firm, product, it finally arrived wrapped in bubble wrap, no case. Cheap Chinese glasses, no photochromic lens, looked awful.
When asked about returns I was eventually given some address in China. 4th building, 2nd elevator, 3rd floor.
And surprisingly enough the returned parcel never arrives.
Total scammers.
If I could rate them lower I would.

UK buyer

Ordered via a link on YouTube one pair £27.
They offered another pair for a discount stupidly fell for it order 2 £45
They sent me a confirmation email detailing order, the 2nd pair totally different I emailed immediately stating I didnt want the second pair and if you couldn't do 2 pairs of exactly the same, then cancel the entire order. They emailed saying it's okay.The second pair is orange!
I repeated I wanted the order cancelled... no reply , then they took the money from my bank account. Checked on here realised id been scammed.
Sent another confirmation again I repeated the order had been cancelled please refund.
No reply.
Going through my bank to try to cancel payment. May have to cancel card to be certain they can't use again.

For every person here whose been scammed, there is a legitimate company who is allowing them to use their platform to give them an air of legitimacy to pedal their con.

Will approach youtube
To try to at least make them aware.

Not holding out much hope.youtube like Facebook will do anything for money and are obviously complicit...
