The products Sun Bright sold me are exactly as advertised and high quality. They came on time and properly packed. Even though 1 of 12 of the lights was defective their customer service replaced it without a problem.

Nice product. Well made. Just installed as indirect lighting under a 400 square ft. Pergola with roof panels.

Wrong fulfillment of colors outdated spots that are not in production anymore. Got an old batch, wrong sticks that does not match the spots.

Excellent items that I purchased. Came to me quickly and was perfect for my backyard around pool. Use a lifepo4 12 volt battery and they are amazing lights.

Super easy to order on the website and friendly customer service.

Shipping is always fast. Replaced faulty fixture quickly.

Great service. Understand the business and the customer. My conversation and their action for an issue with receiving the wrong product and the return were immediate, without hesitation and flawless. I would go back to them in a heartbeat!!!

the product was as described and just what I needed. Only half of the original order was initially delivered, but after reaching out to the company and explaining the error, they were quick to correct it. The person I talked to was polite and extremely helpful.

I ordered lights that said they were in stock but was emailed that the were out of stock and then I select an alternate that’s said it was in stock but those weren’t in stock either. The site needs to have a better way of showing available inventory so I don’t give you my money for things that you don’t have. I do appreciate that you refunded my money but now left with nothing to show for the waste of time looking at your web site. I’ll never shop here again simply because I don’t know what I’ll be able to receive once my order is placed

Please work on less packaging. Pretty large box for five little 2” tall boxes for patio light bulbs. Website was easy to use when I wasn’t exactly sure of the product I needed. The detail you gave allowed me to make the correct choice.

Misleading product description listing. The item I purchased was described as Outdoor rated and sold as landscape lighting but when I received it, was for indoor use only. Customer service was not helpful.

The customer service rep I spoke with was able to help me find the items I needed and made great suggestions for our project. The quality of the fixtures is great and looking forward to doing my front yard soon
