awful all you get is the initial foam then it doesn't lather any more ! smell doesn't last either ! for the price far better products on the market

Great brand - AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I can’t say enough amazing things about Sundae Muse. I have ordered numerous times - quality and fit of items is exactly what the website says and their customer service is amazing.
I usually get a shipping confirmation within 24 hrs, as per the website, however with my last order I still had not received the confirmation a week later. I reached out to customer service and got a response back instantly explaining the delay was due to a backlog in their warehouse and it might be a few weeks until it shipped out - not ideal but I was okay with this.
A few weeks later not only did I receive a shipping confirmation but a personal email from customer service notifying me of the shipment and making sure I was happy. Further to that they also tracked my order and reached out to me once it was delivered.
I have never in my life had a better customer service experience. A little communication goes a long way and they went way beyond my expectations.

Incredible customer service!
After receiving a rather confusing email from DHL regarding customs, I wrote into Customer Service to check the email wasn’t a scam.
The lovely Kofo replied within minutes and the matter was sorted 10 minutes later.
My items were then delivered to Italy in 4 days (which I was NOT expecting seeing as they were shipping from Australia!) and are beautiful!

The ladies at Sundae Muse kept me updated will the progress of my order every step of the way. Delivery was quick considering the dress was being shipped to the UK and the quality is unmatched. Will definitely be ordering from them again x

Do not purchase! You deserve better than to waste your money here.
Infuriating service and disappointing product quality. Girls, save your money. The amount they charge is outrageous compared to the quality of clothing and service you get. My parcel arrived a month late despite paying for express shipping. Customer service says “they’re sorry” but will not do anything to help you. Note the copy and paste responses they give to all bad reviews. Absolutely disgusting and unethical practice - refuse to refund despite quality being subpar, did not get the service I paid for (express shipping) and refuse to provide a refund because of “store policy”. Will have no use for a credit and now have essentially handed $300 this company. FYI credits expire in 12 months everyone! They don’t widely publicised this because if you forget to use it, they’ll just get to keep your money.

Disgraceful shipping and communication
Let me just start off by saying that if I could give 0 stars I would. What an absolute joke of a company. It took 2 MONTHS for my order to arrive. No updates at all until I messaged them asking why my order hadn’t dispatched. The whole 8 weeks I was sent the same email full of false promises. I needed my items for my husband’s 30th birthday and they didn’t even arrive on time for the event. Then I got an email saying that half my order wasn’t in stock anymore. 8 weeks later. Then the icing on the cake was that when my order FINALLY arrived, they had sent two of the exact same dress!!!!! How incompetent could someone be?! So then I had to wait AGAIN for the dress that should’ve been sent to be sent out to me. Absolutely disgraceful. I will ONLY ever be shopping with Hello Molly from now on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Awful communication and shipping times
I ordered over a month ago and heard nothing from the company about my order being dispatched despite paying for express shipping. When I reached out to them I was told it hadn’t even been dispatched yet! I asked for a refund as the event I needed the dress for has passed and they haven’t even shipped it yet but I was told they can’t refund an order once it has been processed. So I now have to wait for it to arrive before returning and finally getting my money back. Can’t comment on the quality but the shipping times are horrendous so don’t order anything if you need it soon and don’t expect any communication from them regarding your order.

Ordered 2 months ago and the order was never even sent! I contacted multiple times, them saying they had warehouse issues and it would be sent the week after, that never happened either. Very very sad and bad experience/

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Buyer beware! I ordered 4 items in size 6 for my daughter's birthday about 30 days before. 3 of the items fit except one of the dresses, which was sewn badly on the top to where she couldn't get the zipper up. These are cheap, fast fashion items made in China and this dress was definitely faulty. I reached out to them a few days ago and was told the dress was not faulty, even though they couldn't see it on my daughter, however I could get a gift card credit, but no refund. When I tried to process this credit online, it wouldn't work, so I emailed again and was told there is no refund or exchange because the deadline has expired. The customer service is rude, and extremely unhelpful, as well as time consuming to argue with. Seriously, it's not worth buying from these people. Go elsewhere.

Ordered over three weeks ago. No sign of shipping. Have sent numerous emails, only to receive the same automated response each time, saying they have yet to dispatch(!!) I paid 14€ for express shipping. Extremely bad customer service. They reply fast, however, only with an autogenerated response. Avoid ordering from here at all costs.

I ordered on this website on the 3rd of March and since I have no news about my order. The customer service can't tell me when my order will be delivered.
It is very annoying when the customer pay 14 euros for express delivery...
Very disappointed and I don't know if I will receive the dresses one day...

Terrible customer service. I was not warned there would be a delay in dispatch and shipping, and was only given information when I emailed them to check where my parcel was when it had been over a week without a dispatch email. I ordered on 14th February, and after a number of requests for information I was told that they have delays in the warehouse - two more weeks later it still had not even been dispatched. My
One item was finally dispatched on 14th March. I paid for ‘express’ shipping which specifies 2-6 days. It’s now been over 7 BUSINESS days and my parcel is still ‘in transit’. When asked whether I could have a refund on my (very expensive) shipping costs, I was told that their specification of ‘2-6’ days is only an estimate and that may vary. I’m now in my 6th week waiting for one item that I purchased with express shipping, and have been denied any partial refund or compensation on shipping costs. I will not be shopping with this company again and I warn anyone further that their customer experience is not good and I do not feel that I have been valued as a customer, and don’t suppose I will even see my parcel any time soon.

Ordered from here awhile back and hated the fit of everything. Was either too large or too small. I assumed they would refund like any other reputable Australian boutique, but nope. I didn’t want to order from a company that clearly wasn’t made to size and gets their stock from the same place you’d buy stuff from pretty little thing which is so hit or miss and cheaply made. I grudgingly ordered using my credit note only to have gone 2 months with no shipping notice. I asked for a refund maybe five times but they refused (even though they hadn’t shipped). They would provide no updated shipping notice and were really bizarre and went around the topic of why they hadn’t shipped. They said they had been backlogged, yet they kept having sales as early as today - A STOREWIDE 30% OFF SALE. It gets better, I finally get communication from them - to tell me one of the items were out of stock 2 months later. I only ordered 2 things. And the best part, they refused to refund me and offered me another credit note.

5 weeks not shipped
Ordered beginning of Feb and still hasn’t been shipped a good 5 weeks later and unfortunately have missed the occasions I bought them for. There was very little communication to start with and no estimated shipment date. I love the brand but this experience has been disappointing. No refund is being offered either.
Update: item shipped not long after I posted this but 1 item not able to be delivered due to technical stock issue. They offered a refund or credit and I asked if shipped has been rectified and they said yes.
So surprised how much they still marketed themselves during a time they couldn’t deliver.

Just like every other review here, my experience is terrible. I placed my order over 1 month ago, no shipping information and even though I've tried to contact them many many times I always get the same unhelpful response that they copy paste for everyone.
I have filed a complaint with fair trade and am waiting on more information. If anyone figures out a way to get a refund from sundae muse, let me know...
EDIT 22/03: After exchanging over 20 emails I managed to speak with a manager who says they're going to process the refund

Order Never Ships
I have placed an order back on Feb 6th for 5 pieces from Sundae Muse. I live in Canada and have paid for DHL shipping which should come 2-6 days after dispatch. It is now March 20th and my order has still not dispatched. I have also contacted the company multiple times and I keep being told it’s nearly ready to ship. I have asked for a refund and been told it’s not company policy. Which I can appreciate if it was normal circumstances but I hardly think waiting over a month for an online order is acceptable. Will never purchase again.

Not dispatched after a month
I ordered two items a month ago and nothing has been dispatched and they are refusing to give a refund. They have always been good in the past but it looks like they have upscaled and cant handle the new business.
The customer service is unhelpful as you can see in their responses on trust pilot as well. Saying that I cant have a refund, even though my items were ordered for a holiday which I am about to go on.
